Paper Ink and Printing really is as good as it gets! I have been using the company for all of my advertising and business card needs since being referred by another customer. For two years i have received nothing but excellent service, they are always willing to go above and beyond when creating fliers or making any sort of necessary changes also my recent purchase was rushed to me at not additional charge :) Thank you to Rebecca and Ryan!

I have been a customer of paper and ink for over three years. The business cards they provide are top quality. Your business card represents your brand in your absence The ones paper and ink provide reflect my agent’s and my business very well.
I just recently opened a pizza restaurant and have hired them to produce our grand opening banners, corner street signs and door hangers. All at competitive prices. They haven’t missed a deadline, always providing me with a designer at no cost. Paper and ink is a valuable resource for all my businesses. I would rate them nothing less then five stars.

I’m reposting my original review for Paper & Ink along with the e-​mail I got from Unilocal removing it. Unilocal seems to think I am a business owner, which I am not. I was a CUSTOMER of Paper & Ink. Since Unilocal e-​mails you to tell you they are pulling your comment and sends it on a «do not reply» e-​mail and does not give you a phone number or any way to dispute what they conclude about you, I decided to repost the whole thing, so here it is:

To Faizal, I’m sure where you are from, it’s common practice to try to get something for nothing and low ball prices. You should have gone to the Flea Market, not a professional business. I’ve been doing business with Ryan and his team for nearly 13 years. I’m pretty sure my repeat business is a clear sign of not only their quality, but the service I have gotten from them. Their prices are more than reasonable. For someone to ask for exceptional service and quality, but be a cheap @$$ and nickel and dime the price to nothing, just infuriates me. The cost to do business is high. They have to pay, not only to print your cards, but labor to design, time for press check, score, fold, etc. Plus the energy to run the machines and keep the lights on. I would have told you to go there, too. Who wants to end up paying out of pocket to get your business? There has to be a profit or why take the work? Anyone who may be reading this, please know; I have not only had my clients advertisements printed there over the years, but my fiancé and I have had his music CD’s done there as well. So Fazil… good luck with that $ 60 quality print, and shame on you for rating them a one because they wouldn’t cave to your price demands. Ryan, you and your team ROCK. Keep doing what you do!

My Reply to Unilocal: I am NOT a business owner. I am a consumer who has a JOB. When I refer to my client, I am talking of my customers under me as a sales person. Perhaps before you make assumptions about who and what people are, you should inquire first, or allow us the opportunity to dispute what you perceive. You know what they say about ASSumptions… Still, a satisfied Paper & Ink customer!

These people a just too nice, and my cards turned out looking great! I inadvertently sent my proposed business cards in the wrong format. Marie saved the day by doing the artwork herself, getting them out to me looking great. When I needed changes, they once again did a great translation between what I sent, which was in fonts they didn’t support, and the fonts they had. Marie was transparent about the whole process and kept me informed all along the process.
One point — it may be worth an e-​mail (or closer reading of their website than, apparently, I did) to nail down file formats and fonts. Marie can save the day, but it’s probably less mileage on everyone if she doesn’t have to.
I will use them for all my upcoming printing.

I have been ordering business cards and flyer from them for about 3 years and have had a really good experiences. They have always been very professional and affordable. I highly recommended them of any of your business needs.

Been doing business quite consistently in the recent months and I am always pleased to hear their suggestions to make my job easier. The team that gets the job done right every time… they are the experts at designing and marketing. Seeing the artwork on the computer before its printed is exceptional for last minute changes or mistakes (oops!) And of course the quality paper they use beats any where else i’ve printed with. We’ve been using Ryan for our small business needs for the past few years, and he always gives us a top quality prints. The business cards are printed on beautiful, sturdy gloss cards, and the letterheads are made on thick quality paper. Ryan doesn’t use the cheap stuff, and his prices are still very fair and delivery is fast. I’d definitely recommend Paper and Ink Printing!
