A hands-​on manager committed to being involved in every project, Lou Marzilli follows a philosophy of putting the customer first. Lou has been involved with general contracting and high-​end custom home building since 1990. Today, as the owner and president of Marzilli Construction, he manages the company’s overall operations, and sets the standard for excellence in every facet of Marzilli’s remodeling, renovation and building projects. Lou remains a visible presence on each project, visits each job site on a regular basis, and enjoys working closely with homeowners as they improve, expand or build their dream homes.
