Brio Tuscan Grille

Went here for happy hour with my wife. I like the prices for the food and drinks. I really like the fact that it has a garage right next to it. You take the stair right to the restaurant. I was greeted by a gentleman at the bar. My wife drink came out quick. My drink took about 5 minutes after. Which is understandable due to it being busy.
After about 10mins our food came out. It was a great atmosphere and food was good.
Wish it had a few more tvs but my wife jokingly said «this isn’t the kind of place for that». So I could respect it.

Had lunch (or was going to lunch) on Mon March 7^th. I sat at the bar. When seated, there was only one other customer at the bar, yet bar surface in most places was littered with bread crumbs. I placed my order for lasagna off the lunch menu. The accompanying salad came about 20 minutes after order placed. Had to ask for silverware. After I nearly completed the salad, the waitress brought the bread. About 15 minutes, meal deliver. What a disappointment. Here sat a tiny square of lasagna on this platter size plate. It was laughable seeing this tiny portion on such a large plate. I could have eaten the square in several bites; that’s how portion small it was. I lodged a complaint with waitress. She offered the dinner menu with larger portion, but I refused that idea because I figured, even the dinner portion would be so small. I decided to just leave. In summary, I don’t understand why service was so slow because the bar was nearly empty and restaurant had fewer than 15 customers scattered about. I’m from out of town and will not frequent this restaurant when visiting So. FL next winter.

Their food is great, I had the pesto chicken last night and loved it. My original order, the half chicken, was out of stock so that’s why I am giving them four stars. It was only 7pm too, so I think they need to have more food ready on deck!

For the price of this joint they are over rated the food was not good at all from start to end the silverware were dirty, and the food was cold KFC HAS BETTER MASH i would never eat there again!!! Brio at dolphin mall…

This place gets full stars from me, my hubs, and my bestie! it is a beautiful restaurant, in a great location, first of all. Secondly, our server Bret, deserves rock-​star status. We were there for dinner at 6 PM on Valentines Day (last Sunday), and of course the house was completely packed. Our server, Bret, was on top of his game. Greeting us right away and taking our drink orders, we could tell immediately he had the right attitude to be serving in a fast paced yet classy environment. The bread was yummy some interesting flavorful crisps as well as crusty bread and butter. He was knowledgeable of the menu and suggested I try the chicken limone which was fantastic. My husband ordered a Valentines special surf and turf which came with a starter of delicious minestrone soup, fresh veg and mashed potatoes as well as a nice portion of filet and lobster tail, while our girlfriend chose the salmon salad. It had a very generous serving of flaky fresh salmon as well as asparagus, feta, and the usual salad ingredients. Bret was glad to bring her the side of gorgonzola crumbles she wanted. We all loved our dinners. For desert although I desperately wanted to order the desert sampler, I knew we were way too full for so much dessert. So much tasty dessert would have been wasted :(. So instead we settled for a gorgeous slice of bruleed (sp?) cheesecake. The top had that perfect crackle and the middle was as luscious and creamy as you can dream of. The crust reminded me of a buttery sugar cookie. A heavenly treat. I have already reserved a table for the whole fam for Saturday and req Bret’s section specifically. I *WILL* be saving room for dessert tomorrow night!

This is a very large restaurant located in a huge shopping mall. The décor is taste full and upscale classic Italian. They also have a large outdoor seating area. The server was friendly and attentive. We started with a classic white bean soup which was flavorful and well seasoned. The salads were crisp and fresh. The pasta was cooked a perfect al dente. The sauce is well balanced. The pizza has a nice thin crispy crust with a well seasoned pizza sauce and topped with a plentiful amount of cheese. This restaurant is a little pricey however the food is well prepared and the service is very professional. I would love to go back.

My family made reservation for December 31^st. at 21:30. The table was available only at 23:30. The restaurant didn’t respect the reservations and the other guests who arrived WITHOUT reservation jumped to the front of the line MIRACULOUSLY after a brief conversation with the manager or somebody who was ‘managing’ the line.
We were unable to send comments before because the restaurant ‘cancelled’ our reservation which was done through Open Table.

The bartender just makes my experience unpleasant there when I sit at the bar for lunch. She seems bothered when my friends or I ask her for the smallest things like Lemons, a spoon, bread, etc. We work at Gulfstream and when we ask her for our mall discount, she has tilted her head back and takes a breath. I get it, people have their days but every time she works? I love Brio and their employees but I guess we will be in the seating area because you never know how her mood is going to be that day.

Place was dirty.
Waiter served sodas about 5 minutes before beers.
We had to wait about 5 minutes to be handed menus and order our first drinks.
I had the unpleasantry of witnessing two male waiters leaving a bathroom toilet booth together. Neither of them washed their hands when leaving, whatever it was they were doing in there. I believe it was nothing related to work, because one yelled to the other «hey, you forgot your wallet!» When I arrived back at my table, I noticed one of the waiters adjusting his pants and apron. Again, they didn’t wash their hands, and left a toilet booth together.
Pizzas were ok, salads ok, carpaccio ok. I had a lot of trouble calling waiters to the table.

I’ve been to the one in Pembroke falls before several years ago and I had a good experience from what I can remember but this past weekend I was invited to a surprise birthday party there. We had one of the private dining rooms and they let us use it from 6 – 10. I have to say many restaurants have so many strict regulations when it comes to private dining but Brio was very accommodating to our party. They let us bring decorations, champagne, and a cake. It was a fixed menu so I ordered the feta cheese salad and the shrimp and lobster ravioli. I didn’t really care for the salad that much because the onions in it were so overwhelming. I ended up switching it for the cream of mushroom soup, which was delicious. I liked the ravioli it just was a bit spicier than I’d prefer. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive and took good care of us.

I went to Brio for my birthday with 13 friends. Even though we had a large party, our waiter, Julio C, made us feel so comfortable. He was very attentive to each of us and gave of us all his recommendations, made jokes, etc. Needless to say the service was impeccable the entire night. I was able to try many of the dishes including the portobello stuffed ravioli, shrimp fra diavolo, pasta alla vodka, lobster bisque, and for dessert the mascarpone cheesecake and crème brûlée. There wasn’t one thing I tried that wasn’t spectacular. Flavorful sauces and delicious cheeses in every dish. It also doesn’t hurt that the place is beautiful. I will definitely be coming back.

I came in here beacuse Unilocal says «check in and get a free dolchino «when we entered we got to know that this was not any longer working … It is since august promesing the same thing. Really disapointed

I’m not the biggest fan of Italian food. I has the crab and shrimp crusted salmon with mashed potatoes. It was good. Would definitely recommend.

Came here today as well! Service was again above average and my strawberry salad was quite nice! An inexpensive way to have lunch with the office bunch!

Had my birthday here in August. The restaurant is very nice inside. Like a classy olive garden. We didn’t have a reservation, and we were a group of 10. The hosts did a really good job of seating us quickly. My party all arrived at different times so it was nice that we didn’t have to sit around and wait for everyone to show up before being seated. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. We all ordered drinks until everyone had gotten there to order food. Took a while to order though. The alcoholic drinks were really good. Can’t remember the drink I ordered. I ordered the lemon chicken. Once all the food out, the manager came out personally to apologize and let me know that the chef said they were out of lemon chicken, and if I would like to chose something else. I changed my order for the Chicken Alfredo. We were there near closing time, so I overlooked them not having my original order and they were very nice and apologetic. They still only charged me what my original order would’ve been since it was less than my new order. They also brung out a piece of chocolate cake for me and wrote «Happy Birthday» on it for me. That was a nice surprise. Also received a free dessert for checking in on Unilocal at the restaurant so make sure you check in. A little pricey but definitely worth it. The manager also gave me a scratch off card for my birthday that gives me a free appetizer with a purchase of an entrée on my next visit.

A really good Italian restaurant. If you have to try a meal, try the Braised Beef Parpadelle. It is just amazing!
All others meals look good, even the salads.

Food was great but server patrick was really bad. Looked like he was out of it. It would go again for brunch but would ask for a different server. Sitting outside was really nice and was able to hear the Dj from Rok Burger.

Came here for a meeting with a business group. The staff was friendly and relatively attentive (had to ask for a few things a couple of times), but the atmosphere was quite loud and bustling. The food was hit or miss. Some items were great. Others… meh.
While we were there, the air conditioning broke and the place did start to get pretty damn warm. The manager did say they were taking care of it, and it did eventually come back on. To make up for it, they comp’d us some desserts. So overall, not too shabby.

Brio Tuscan Grille provides an atmosphere that is unusual .The ability to have a family-​style evening at the same time the next table is enjoying an adult style evening while A happy hour filled with people laughing and eating. Yet, at the same time there is an event going on in the private room and finally you were able to sit outside amongst the stars to enjoy your meal and listen to music.
This is all under the supervision of the remarkable managers who only care to make you comfortable with your meal by stopping by to visit with each
table .
I highly recommend Brio Tuscan Grille Monday through Sunday.

I recently threw my baby shower in their banquet. I can’t express how happy and thankful i am with the staff that helped. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the staff was just amazing.
My 50 guest were all so impressed. I wish i knew my servers names because they deserve recognition.
