The employees of this Burger King are AWESOME! The past few visits here we have been greeted by friendly employees! The orders have been correct and the food very good! The other night we ordered coffee and they made a fresh pot for us! It is five star service!

Today is the last time I will visit this location. I go through the drive thru, I never dine-in at this location. The staff is incompetent. Today my food came out quickly but was cold. It usually takes almost 10 minutes for a single order and that would be fine if the food were fresh… but it never is. I never complain. I just accept it and chalk it up to «fast food» and this day and age. My last visit here I asked for a refund. Everything was cold. Not room temperature… cold. I asked for a refund. Because the young lady at the window seemed irritated that I mentioned the food was cold, I didn’t trust her to just heat it up. I felt like she may do something to the food at that point. It was bad enough she was picking up fries with her bare hand that fell on the counter and throwing them back into the fry ben. You think she would’ve been able to feel the fries were cold by doing that, but she served them anyway. Today I got a chicken sandwich with cheese. The chicken wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. It’s a shame that this is what customer service and fast food has come to.

Just ok overall. Line was a little long and the good took a little while to get. Been here a few times. They’ve greatly improved their chicken nuggets which were terrible when they came out. You still can’t go wrong with a whopper no onions with cheese value meal. I like the new fountain soda machine they’ve added with the hundreds of flavors

I’ve had bad experiences with this BK numerous times. Bad service, «I don’t give a damn» staff, wrong food, dirty environment… the list could go on. Contacted BK headquarters twice… no change, no response from HQ… nothing at all. I really don’t know how this place stays in biz. This will prob be the last time I come here.

This just seemed like an average Burger King to me. It didn’t take long to get our food. The service was ok and the food was like it usually is at any other Burger King. The restaurant was very empty when we were there. I think one other person was there besides us. They were cleaning the counter which gave me a good impression.

I just went to their drive thru. I ordered a large double whopper meal with cheese and bacon, and a 10 piece nugget with a side onion ring. I got a a single whopper with cheese… no bacon and no fries for my meal. I should have checked the bag because as I sat in the drive thru I watched the cashier and manager throw out a bunch of burgers for a customer inside. I guess they got their order wrong too and I’m was way too annoyed to drive all the way back to complain. So I created a Unilocal account to share my miserable experience. I won’t be back and recommend you stay away as well.

Wow, talk about worse-than-expected service, taking into account the low expectations one already typically has for a fast food establishment. From their rude service and inability to put three items written on the receipt into the bag, to not accepting the coupons that they stuff in your mailbox, this dump of a restaurant really takes the cake. Oh, and if you’re unhappy with your experience and ask for a manager, just hope that you don’t get the one I dealt with(middle-aged, black guy with a shaved head), because he is beyond worthless… then again, he’s nearly 40 and in charge of teenagers at Burger King, so that kinda speaks for itself.

I just had the worst Burger King experience of my life The cashier was absolutely clueless and probably took six minutes to enter my order. Then after waiting probably another 20 minutes for a simple meal, they give me the wrong type of salad. Then when I ask for tomatoes and she looks at me like I have three heads and says, «you need to pay 18 cents extra». Are you fricken kidding me??? I placed an order of chicken nuggets and fries. I then waited and watched as confusion reigned. Nobody was in charge! After literally waiting 20MINUTES my order was delivered… COLD! I complained to what appeared to be a manager who dumped the food and made me another one. It was delivered soon. However, it was the worse-tasting chicken nuggets I’ve ever eaten. Tastless, unseasoned and heavily coated wth batter. How this place has lasted so long will remain a mystery. One visit was enough for me!

I’ve been coming to this one for on and off about 10 years. I first used to bring my oldest kid here for kids meals as a Saturday treat and then we would hit up the toy department in WalMart next door or go sit on Hallandale Beach and eat our food. We have been back on and off since and every time the place and the service have been the same though getting marginally worse. Today I was making a run to the Farmer’s Market in Hallandale and wanted to pop into WalMart for some juice boxes for the kids lunches and as my littlest guy was with me and claiming starvation, I decided to stop here for a kids meal. My first intention was to get a drive through but after seeing the line of cars backed up decided to go inside instead. We waited a minute or two for someone to come and take our order and then waited about 5 mins for the food. That was OK. Everything was hot. The area by the soda machine was all sloppy and messy with spills all over the place and ketchup and paper bits. Tables were unwiped the entire time we were there(come on… the customers pretty much do all the work for you guys by dumping the trash in the bin). The floor was unswept and had french fry cups and papers all over. The staff seems frazzled as if there are not enough staff on hand at any given time. People were waiting impatiently for their food and some were starting to raise their voices. I felt so sorry for the girls working the cash register who were taking the brunt of the unhappiness of the customers. I wouldn’t normally review a fast food place but this one has consistently been like this for the past couple of times I’ve been.
