There are not enough letters in the alphabet to write a review «good enough» to tell you about Bob and Vicki and what they do for you and how they care about your home! They are off the charts EXCELLENT! Don’t even try another company!
We had a spot that had been on our carpet that 2 other reputable carpet cleaner companies said «would never come off.» For years I put a plant over it. .. or a table. When I was told by our neighbor that Bob was the only one to have, knowing our neighbor was so particular about everything, I called them. They came through and I apologized for the spot that «would never come out» and they said «no problem.» It was gone. But more than the great work they do, they are both so totally charming, caring and kind.
The best thing I can say is: «They Care!»
