Awesome! Had a few thousand dollars of work done here over the course of a year or so. Everything from insurance claims to aftermarket part installation. Quick, knowledgable, nice people.

These folks are great. Limped in with a flat tire, left 20 minutes later with the tire fixed for $ 25 by kind friendly people. No upselling either. I’ll be back!

Hadley Tire is run by hard-​working, honest people, it’s as simple as that. No, it is not the cheapest place, but there is a real reason for that — they don’t by crap parts, and they go beyond in their efforts to be thorough in rendering service. If you want to limp your car along on crappy parts, people will be all to happy to oblige you. Steve doesn’t do that — he gives you the plain truth about doing the job RIGHT, NOT cheap. Every additional dollar you spend there will save you two in the long run. Truly a dying breed of service provider. Hard-​working, honest, family-​oriented people.

They are the only local Nokian tire dealer, their prices are OK, but customer service is lacking. They were going to charge me $ 100 to program my tire pressure sensors which of not a necessary procedure. This has left me feeling that will try to take advantage if you don’t know what exactly needs to be done.

Had a there-​is-​no-​saving-​this-​one flat tire along with some front brake pads that verged on stunt driving and by 3:00 the same day as my frustrating flat-​filled morning, I had two brand new front tires and new pads. They were friendly and helpful.

I would say that if you can’t find what you’re looking for anywhere else then go here. I had a so-​so experience here. I ordered some things that didn’t come in correctly… twice. And it all had to do with communication. Since I’m not the expert, I do expect to be asked the correct information and to be told the «whole story». Let’s just say that in the end, things did work it self out but it took too long and I did feel a bit uneasy about the the whole process. When I was waiting, I asked about a brake job for my vehicle and was quoted about $ 200 above another garage right down the street. Same parts and everything! Just know what you’re looking for when you go here and you should be fine.
