Really bad customer service, I bought a buffalo 12″ sub with chesse, lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeño. The total was $ 9.67… no chips and no drink I asked the guy why is so expensive? I didn’t understand him but, he said something something $ 0.75 extra + tax. I live 2 blocks away from this subway and I am not going back.

staff can’t speak English very well. They seem to skimp on the meat, toppings and customer service. There is a better one on Grand Ave across from Great America if you really want a better Subway.
