Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership. The manager was terribly rude. I could hear him yelling about us when the salesperson asked if we could use a debit card. He obviously didn’t like being interrupted while searching yahoo entertainment online. I would’ve walked right then and there if we hadn’t actually wanted the truck. Will never go back. The guy that took our check was nice.

Jeremy in the service department is absolutely fantastic! He is very nice, greeting me with a big (cute, I might add) smile and warm hello. He was very communicative throughout my entire process, from beginning to end. I take my car there for both maintainence and repairs, and everything has been done in a quick, professional manner. The bill is always what he says it will be (once it was less because he was able to find a less expensive but still comparable part!). Working with him actually makes me want my vehicle to start having problems so I can see him more! Anyone who goes here should definitely ask for Jeremy!

Utter incompetence. My husband called the service center and asked if they had the parts for two recalls on his Dodge Charger. They said that they had the parts for the Takata airbag recall. He proceeded to make an appointment for 10:00AM a week in advance. He drives down to the dealership and they tell him,” we’re backed up and won’t be able to get to your car for a few hours.” My husband says okay, whatever, he didn’t want to argue. So he calls me to come pick him up and I do so.
One hour later he gets a call from the dealership and the arsehole says,” oh we pulled your car in to work on it and realized we ran out of the parts. Sorry for the inconvenience.” Why the hell would you have a person come in and then after they leave call and say you don’t have the parts? Who in the f*ck is running the parts department there. You wasted our whole morning with your incompetence, you dicks.
I guess we won’t be going to Gresham Dodge to fix the recall stuff. Who wants to deal with morons like that. Total disrespect to the customer.

On September 20^th Tania helped me purchase a 2015 Ram 1500 eco-​diesel Laramie Longhorn Limited and I could not be happier with my new truck!
Tania was patient, always professional and made me feel as though I was a priority during the grueling process of test driving various models. I have never experienced that with any other car sales-​person.
She encouraged me to ask questions and if she was stumped for an answer she immediately found a resource with the right answer. It is so stressful buying a new truck! And Tania took every ounce of stress away as she helped me navigate the process.
The final agreed upon price for my new truck was fair and she gave me fair trade-​in value for my 2005 BMW 545i. How often can you say that when buying a new car??? Usually my butt hurts after leaving a dealership!

Tania has a loyal customer following and it would be easy to slip into the hands of a less-​than-​knowledgable sales associate if she’s busy with another customer. She is worth the wait! We found a great deal on line and figured the truck would not be available by the time we could drive over there. We were in luck, got a great deal on a brand new, loaded Dodge Ram! We thought we would have to buy a used one with our budget but we were able to get a great truck and a great price. Our dealer was Tim and he took us on the best test drive ever. He was not pushy, knew a lot about the truck and really put us at ease. This by far was our easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase. I have already recommended them to my friends and we will go back in the future for our next purchase.

I Bought my 2014 Ram 3500 DRW Laramie back in August of 2014. I use it for my business averaging about 9000 miles a month. Ken, the service manager and his team provide amazing customer service, excellent communication, and I’m always taken care of. There are plenty of options around to get good service. I choose to give these guys my business because they know my truck better than anyone and are quick to get me out the door. They understand that when my truck is down, I’m not making money.

We were in the market for a mini-​van with our third child coming this fall. We chose to make the drive from North Clark County to Gresham Dodge because they had the greatest selection in our price range. We arrived on the lot, knowing what we were looking for, stock numbers in hand, we quickly found a vehicle and proceeded in for financing and paperwork. 3 hours later (longer than I had hoped, with 2 toddlers in tow) we had a new car. When we returned home, we found a rather large, already rusted area with missing paint. Hidden when the passenger power sliding door is open. The next morning we contacted our salesman. Both he and the loan officer said «if anything is wrong with the vehicle contact us right away so we can make it right by you.» When my husband called, the salesman said «well, you know, you did by a USED vehicle.» We are aware. A 1 year old PROGRAM vehicle, that has been in their possession since day 1, a vehicle that still cost us 18k+, more than any vehicle we have ever owned. We finally were put in touch with the sales manager, who after a week of correspondence and talking to me like our request was a bit silly, agreed to fix the damage at no cost. A week and a half after purchase, the chip was fixed, not perfectly but better than we expected, a headache none the less, but we were pleased with the outcome. Flash forward to this week. We hadn’t received any information regarding our license plates, our dealer permit was nearing expiration so my husband went down to the DOL to see if we could get our plates. Our car was never registered by the dealer. We called the dealer and the first person my husband spoke with said they didn’t even know if we were actually approved for the loan…3 weeks later? Frustrating. The second person said the loan officer failed to have us sign a paper for the credit union, which held up the registration process. FRUSTRATING! I get that people make mistakes, yet in 3 weeks no one bothered to contact us to get the signatures, even with us coming back into the dealer for the body work and countless phone and email interactions. They apologized and said it was not their normal business practice. They said they would send the email ASAP with the form for us to sign and send back. Here we are, the next day, still no email sent and could not vet in touch with anyone, we left a voicemail. We had to purchase a 3-​day trip permit from WA state DOL so we can legally drive our car. We are hoping that our constant heckling will get them to do their job and send the paperwork. Our interactions with Gresham Dodge since the initial purchase has been beyond frustrating. I cannot say that I would recommend them to anyone I know. I can forgive someone dropping the ball, but I cannot forgive a business that ignores their faults and ignores opportunity to fix it, nor a business that talks to us like we are children. Hopefully we get this licensing issue resolved quickly.

Can I give a negative star ??? This place is the worst car dealership in the north west. Do you want to buy a car from the biggest snakes in town come here… Pushy pushy when your car sales women say come in here so we can get this over with !!! Ummmm hello I don’t have to buy a car from you. I don’t have to deal with your pushy ways. These people are Fucking snakes … From the top to the bottom… The only person in this company who is not a snake is Phillip Dalton … DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER !!! Phillip you need to get a new job !!!

My college aged son bought a car here. From day1 it was a headache. Loan was approved then we were called three times in two weeks that it wasn’t approved and needed different co signers or needed a new application. Son did get the car but we were still doing loan work for next few weeks. Then a month later check engine light came on multiple times. He had extended warranty and every time he took it in they couldn’t find the problem. Warranty was a joke and it didn’t typically cover what needed to be fixed over the next two years. Was a learning experience for all of us. Maybe good dealership for some but not us.

Great Car buying experience!
This was my first time buying a car, so I was a little on edge having heard stories about salesman pushing cars on people or trying to work-​over people. My salesman Tim was very helpful, informative, and made the process easy. They walked me through my first car buying experience with ease and handled all the paperwork with very clear explanations and a professional straightforward approach. I’ll be recommending this place to friends and coming back if I need a new vehicle. Just straightforward and everything you want from a dealership.

Having purchased many vehicles and some financed, I was dreading the thought of buying a new car because most dealers are waiting for the next opportunity to «take you for a ride».
Not so at Gresham Dodge.
I had my down payment together and all of my information for financing and sent a contact mail late one evening on a 2014 Challenger R/​T.
Terry Soriano called me the very next morning and we discussed my situation. I had a 1994 Corvette and some down, but was afraid that I couldn’t get financed because of my credit. He told me that I would be surprised at what they were able to do at this dealership. So, we set up to meet that weekend.
My wife and I arrived on Saturday afternoon and took the Challenger for a test drive. All the while, I already knew I wanted it and financing would be the issue.
Sunday we returned with the trade and the first part of the cash for the down payment. The remainder of the cash would be paid within a week from a cash out of some investments I had made.
Will Hatton, Ron (forgot his last name), and Andrew Suvanvej in finance were able to work nothing less than a miracle in my eyes. Not only did they do better than the 20% interest quoted by other dealers, but they got it to under 8% with my BAD credit. I’m not saying that this would be possible for everyone, but it does show that they can make what might impossible turn to reality.
I will never buy a car from any other dealer, used or new. These are my go to guys from now on.
If you need a car and are being given payment horror stories by other dealers, go see these guys. You’ll be glad you did! I got the payment I needed and had a great time when I was there. It was fast, and more like hanging out with family and old friends than buying a car. We even spent an hour or so after everything was done to just talk, joke, and laugh together. This wasn’t just about the sale and making money for these guys, it was about doing the right thing. Gresham Dodge is truly the last honest dealer in the game.

Talk about an easy transaction and low pressure sales… wow! This was the perfect car buying experience. We love our new Dodge Ram 2500 and we love Gresham Dodge!

Our sales man — Enrique — was a major pleasure to work with. From the get-​go he was very informative, happy, fun and overall my wife and I had a blast test driving the 2014 Durango RT. He was not the typical «slimy» sales man I have come accustomed to in the automotive world (Newberg Dodge comes to mind…) He was extremely knowledgeable and not even slightly pushy. The rest of the staff was extremely inviting as well, Andrew worked with us on getting financing and worked hard to get us what we wanted and Will was extremely quick at filling out all our forms. Needless to say, we purchased a brand new 2014 Durango — the one we test drove and will be sending the rest of my family there to purchase new vehicles!

I just bought a beautiful Daytona edition Charger from this dealership and I can confidently say this is the best car buying experience I’ve had! I was browsing the dealer inventories online and found just what I wanted at a good price. I got the deal done and put a deposit over the phone from Seattle and picked it up a few days later when I was able to get there. I never thought I’d write this about a car dealer, but the salespeople were very pleasant to work with and played absolutely none of these «games». They also sent all the title application paperwork to my local licensing office in WA so all I had to do is show up there and pay the sales tax.

After looking online at many Dodge Caravans we decided to make the two hour drive to Gresham Dodge because of their huge selection and fair pricing on used 2012’s. The salesman Enrique that we spoke to on the phone before we headed down was busy (ironically with another Washington couple) and turned us to another Salesperson. I don’t remember his name, but he was nice enough, just joked too much. Just sell me a car please. He also BS’d us on where the car came from, either he didn’t know or didn’t want to say it was a rental. He said it was traded in, but they bought it at an auction. Anyway, we didn’t haggle the price, it was more than fair after checking KBB before we left home. Got to finance, went right through without a hitch. It probably helped we were pre-​approved from our CU before we went shopping, but nevertheless, signed and boom. Done. No high pressure to buy their warranty or any other add ons. We are extremely happy with the car and will recommend Gresham to anyone who asks. The one negative, was that they did have our car on their lot for some time and there is a recall on it. So we need to take it to another dealer closer to home to get it done. Would have been nice if it had been completed while it sat on their lot for all those months.

OK, the experience is not the same as a BMW or Mercedes dealership. This is a mass market brand dealership. But for what it is, it’s as good as it gets. After a negative experience at NW Jeep in Beaverton (near our house), we made the very inconvenient trip out to Gresham to buy our Rubicon. It’s a 40 minute drive from our house on a good day, and it was worth it. They were patient with us as we agonized over our decision. They let us take a new Rubicon home with us for the night so that we could drive it on the highway and on the roads near our house without a salesman in the car. When it came time to pull the trigger, the exact Rubicon we wanted wasn’t on the lot. But without haggling, they offered the invoice price and waived all transportation and destination fees and a vehicle in transit. Straight ahead KBB value on the trade-​in and we were good to go. No drama.
I’ll take the vehicle there for service, though it is inconvenient.

Treat you like ROYALTY before you buy. but after they get your money. they treat you like dirt. In my opinion I think they should have to go to court for what they have and are doing to us. My husband and I are completely furious with them. They made me feel bad and won’t help us with our truck that we purchased there costing us over 44 thousand dollars! Definitely NOT a –customer is always right– kind of dealership. Go anywhere else. but not GRESHAM DODGE. We feel that Andrew Suvanvej is all talk and really plays the gum chewing salesman role. I feel he is too young to run a dealership and lacks experience and certain skills to help retain customers. Mr. Knutzen in the Service Department played the –my hands are tied card– Ya right. Just fix the truck like you are supposed to do under warranty. My husband and I will not ever go back. This has been a 2 year ordeal and we are 100% completely done with them. Try Tonkin or someone else. In all my years of dealing with people they take the cake. Just remember that they treat you like DIRT after you buy. Also that African American owner is a real piece of work too… Looks like he has upset people all over the place. Do your home work and buy from a dealership with a good reputation. or else you will find yourself writing bad reviews like I am right now. With all sincerity we are very upset with them and don’t want other to experience the same thing we felt. My husband and I are extremely fair and forgiving, if they even made some attempt in a repair I wouldn’t have written this review. We have 9 seperate items that need attention. They won’t honor a single one of them.
Maybe Andrew you should be representing your company instead of hiding behind other’s that have long since left your facility… Sound like you need to ask Paul what to do again. After years and years of waiting. a statement like «he bought his truck in 2002». really is dumb… since it failed under warranty and Gresham Dodge STILL won’t fix it. I’m NOT giving up. infact I am getting better at typing and things are moving much faster than they were several years ago… I never post under fake names… I am proud of who I am.

Great buying experience. Not pushy, informative, and got me one heck of a deal on a 2011 Dodge Challenger. This was the first time I’ve purchased off a lot because I typically dread these types of places and their creepy sales folk. Gresham Dodge proved to be not this place, but got me set up quickly with the vehicle I’ve always wanted! Kudos to them, I would certainly purchase from them again. The service was great. Andrew and Fred were very helpful. It made my car-​buying experience a breeze.

Over the past two and a half years we have purchased 6 vehicles from Gresham Dodge, both new and used. We have always received the highest quality customer service and value our relationship with this dealership. The sales staff, especially Andrew and Greg, are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and we actually enjoy doing business with them. Jason and Eric, in parts and service, are always upbeat and able to assist with whatever our needs are. I also appreciated the few times we were able to work with Will who took care of our creative financing needs.
From time to time you may run into a bad salesman, but they are quick to relieve you if you find yourself in that situation. It’s really only happened to us once.
I would certainly recommend this dealership to a friend or family member and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
