The recent review by Robert F calling these guys terrible is completely ridiculous. I know the poster personally and he is not even a customer there, he was a seller completely unattached to the comapny wanting a check, they never lied about anything regarding the close. He didn’t take into account how flooded the housing market is right now and that it takes more time for everything to go through ie; appraisals, loans, etc and CSMB had no control over the time frame. Central source and their staff is incredible and have been nothing but kind, available and helpful. I’ve worked with another mortgage company before that steered me in frustrating circles. These guys are personable and want only the best for their clients. Our L/​O, Joe, worked extremely hard to make our purchase go through smoothly and took his own personal time away from his family to answer all the tedious questions I had via phone, email, you name it. As an ACTUAL client of CSMB, I have only fabulous things to say about them and will refer them to any friends and family ready to make a home purchase. Hopefully Unilocal won’t be fascist tyrants and make CSMB pay to have that untrue and ludicrous review taken down.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve worked with mortgage people before. And they take the cake. Its been 2 months and still cant close. They just screwed up the paper work again. They’ve lied about how far they are on the paperwork. Waited 4 weeks to order an appraisal. RUN AWAY FAST
