I found this place by accident and wow am I glad! I couldn’t get over the quality of the venison processing. Their sausages, hot dogs, and jerky is just incredible!
If you are a hunter, and you are butchering at home… you should consider using Tabs because you’ll get amazing products back that you probably don’t have all the equipment to make yourself.
I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the shop. I could have eaten off the floor it was so spotless.
Months later, I am still enjoying every bite of my jalapeño cheese hot dogs!
