History

Established in 2012.

After 22 years of building and remolding homes I decided it was time to hang up the tool pouches and call it a career. I simply did not enjoy it any longer. After taking 4 months off I knew I wanted to work again and decided that I knew far to much about houses to do anything but something housing related. My contracting company had been set up to cater to Realtors so I spoke to several of them that I had done a lot of work for previously and the feedback was the same from all of them, I had to get into selling homes! They all knew that my honest approach, excellent work ethic, and my joy of working with people would translate into an extremely satisfying Real Estate career. All of my contracting experience has transferred over to establish a successful Real Estate career that never feels like a job but rather like a journey.

I have lived in Washtenaw County since 1986 with my wife and two children. As a third generation Dexter resident, I proved extensive knowledge of the people, neighborhoods and rich history of my home town and surrounding areas. I am passionate about the community and helping people transition in and out of Washtenaw County.

I enjoy spending my free time outdoors– fishing, riding ATV’s, walking in the woods and traveling around Northern Michigan with my family. I have also enjoy volunteering and supporting several non-​profit groups including; Hands of Light in Action, Faith in Action, Habitat for Humanity and the American Red Cross.

My years of contracting and real estate experience, have given me the passion and dedication to help in the lives of my clients.
