Outstanding service! Rented a wood splitter for two days. It developed a small leak after a day so I took it back to be checked out. They exchanged it without question and off I went. When I returned it and paid I was told I would only be charged for one day vs. two due to the inconvenience.
The process of calling to reserve the machine, picking it up, exchanging it and then returning it upon completion could not have gone any smoother.
Well done.
