We had an incredible time! The instructor was very informative during our paint session and she was super helpful giving us tons of tips on making our artwork look somewhat professional! Plus they were playing fun party music all throughout the class. Grab the Groupon while it’s still hot and check out their calendar online as they will have days and times to make a reservation. They also have each painting that they will do for that specific day on the calendar so you will know way ahead of time what you will be painting! Bring drinks and snacks, they will have the cups/glasses available for you. I very much enjoyed my time at this studio and cannot wait to go back!

Went with friends for the first time ever to do something like this. Had a great time. The employees were super helpful and what I thought would be a disaster ended up pretty good.

I have painted here twice now and will definitely be back again. Rebecca, the owner and instructor, is a fabulous teacher. She makes it very easy to follow along and offers great advice and suggestions. The experience is high fun, low stress, and kind of addictive. The walls are covered in a gallery of the many paintings which have been taught, and there are quite a few that I would love to come back again to learn to paint. I highly recommend this studio.

Came back for another class and had a great time! My classmates were a little rowdy, but the teacher did well to reign them back in and make it fun. I love this place and will be back again and again.(Especially since I won a free class! — They do a drawing every class!)

The owner«Becca» was extremely rude from the beginning. She held her finger up to us when we went to check in and whispered something to her helper boy. His name was Sal, although he preferred to be called Salvatore yet she continued to call him Sal. She yelled at her helper girl who assumed was her daughter in the middle of the class which made us feel awkward. She didn’t instruct very well and she’d forget steps and then remember after it was too late. The kicker though was when she told us to pay $ 10 even though we had a Groupon for 4 people and we only had 3 so she made money off of us and yelled at us when we asked for an explanation of charges and then still asked us to pay $ 5 a piece because she only got a portion of the groupon. Don’t advertise your business on Groupon if you’re not willing to honor it. It dampened our evening from the get go.

Purchased a Groupon. Really had lots of fun! Highly recommend this place, and one doesn’t need to be an expert either! As a friend stated, «my masterpiece turned out really cute for a beginner»!

Who does not like Drinking and Painting… I have been to three different paint places in Grapevine and this is by far my favorite. The owner is so nice and easy to work with and all the teachers are great. We just had a friends birthday party here and previously I had my sons 5th birthday party. Anyone that can deal with 20 five year old and paint gets 5 stars.

AWESOMESAUCE!!! This is truly a «must-try» experience. Everyone at Art in the Vine is so friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the class. The instructor is great! She made everything so simplified and easy to follow. It is amazing to start with a blank canvas and end up with your own work of art that makes you smile. I’m not artistic at all, so I was pleasantly surprised with what they were able to help me achieve. They are so encouraging! BYOB and snacks, you will have plenty of time to enjoy. No rushing, no pressure. This is a very relaxing, go at your own pace, pick your own colors, add your own twist kinda fun…

This place is run by some of the sweetest people you can imagine. There’s a nice comfortable family feel to the experience. Boyfriend and I have been here twice, and we just scheduled a third visit. They give you chocolate, wine glasses if you need them, and they provide a fun experience where you can relax and enjoy your creative side! Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed this place. I had a groupon and went with some girlfriends and loved how relaxed and fun it was. I even liked my painting at the end, which really surprised me since I have no artistic talent! The instruction was just right… casual and paced enough to easily understand and sip your wine while painting. I like the adult-only atmosphere, but they have special kids’ classes on weekends. I love that you can check out their calendar online and pick the painting you want. I liked it so much I went back a couple of weeks later to do a different picture. Fun times!

SOMUCHFUN! We had a great date night here along with several other couples! Rebecca Winters is a fantastic instructor, going step-by-step so that beginners don’t get left behind. They have everything you need for a successful BYOB Painting Class — except the booze, of course. Wine glasses, wine cork, painting supplies… everything! It’s a fun environment and you leave with a souvenir you can be proud of! We loved our experience and I hope we go back soon.

I was supposed to attend a function with friends here in December and had a family emergency and was unable to go. I saw the groupon for a couples class and decided to sieze the opportunity. My boyfriend and I attended«The Key to my Heart» couples class on Febrary 9th. It was an AWESOME experience. Everyone should try it at least once… even if you are an extreme type A, high energy, analytical, perfectionist like myself(my brush was shake the majority of the time in fear of making a mistake… lol). Thankfully you can bring your own wine and after glass #2, my shakes subsided and I was able to find somewhat of a flow… lol. My boyfriend is a regular Rembrandt so had no issues at all letting his creative and artistic energy flow. This is a family owned/operated business and everyone makes you feel welcome and that you can be successful. The instruction was easy to follow and I was pleasantly surprised that my finished product actually looked like I could be somewhat artistic(considering my stick figures come out looking raggedly normally.) Even without the groupon, the experience is well worth it. Grab some snacks, something to drink and let your inner artist take over! Thanks for the wonderful and memorable experience. We will certainly be back!

I wish I could give them 100 stars! I love coming here! This was why I decided to throw my birthday party here. Rebecca custom made my drawing, and all 18 of my guest loved it! I’ve been to other sip and paint places, hands down this one is the best! She is a great instructor and goes slow and do not rush you like the other paint and sip places. She even walks around and check your painting and give you advice as to what else to do. Her parents are such great helpers as well! You may call them mom and dad! Lol I love Art in the vine! I’ll be seeing you again next month!

Finally made it to Art in the Vine. Have been wanting to try it out for months. It is just a fun, light experience. No pressure, no stress, just sit back and get you creative juices going. I completely agree with Linda N’s review of 2÷8÷12 and should just about copy it word for word. I’m planning on trying out a weekend afternoon with the kid, will review again after that experience. Warning — stay away from the 114. Almost doubled the time to get there with all that construction.

This family run business is AWESOME! Me and the girls came here on SuperBowl Sunday for Van’s bday brunch party. We were going to go to Painting with a Twist in Arlington since we had a great time for Thuy’s bday back in August, but as luck would have it, we saw a Groupon deal for $ 20 at Art in the Vine and figured it would be nice to save $ 25 from our original plan, since we were going to have about 20+ girls anyway. I don’t know about you, but I’m all about saving money when I can! SCORE! This place is located in a plaza-like lot, and there’s not a sign anywhere, but if you see Dance on the Vine or something like that, you’ve come to the right place. You have to drive in a lil bit, and once you see a Pizza restaurant, Art in the Vine is right next to it. Me and a few of the girls came earlier to set up the party with drinks and refreshments, and as soon as we walked in, we already felt the love and friendliness of the mother and daughter duo. I’m so sorry I forgot their names b/c I probably wasn’t paying attention when they gave us a history of the company. WOOPS! :) The daughter is the art instructor, and the mother is the cool photographer and super sweet hostess with the mostest! Us girls got settled in with our plate of delicious food and a glass of sangria before starting to paint. We chose the MASK since we’re all from Louisiana, in honor of Mardi Gras! Of course my painting looks nothing like the one that’s displayed for us to go by, but it’s okay b/c it’s our own work of art. Unlike Painting with a Twist, the canvas is not lightly outlined first, this is truly you painting everything on your own! I could not get my mask eyes to look right, and the sweet instructor came by to help me! I was getting pretty frustrated, and I guess that was evident with my pouts here and there. LOL! There were even prizes throughout our party given by this fabulous mother/daughter duo, and each of us got a milk chocolate candy bar, with the exception of Han who wanted dark chocolate! I was really impressed with the hospitality of Art in the Vine, and I can’t wait to have another party here in the future! Thanks so much for everything ladies, and thanks for being so sweet! You definitely put the ART in the PARTY!
