My eleven year old son loved the class! He said that he enjoyed learning about oil painting and his finished product is absolutely beautiful! Barb’s individual instruction was wonderful– and he also complimented the blueberry muffin snack. :) The class was worthwhile and we plan to sign up again!

My 9 year old daughter totally loved the class.
She learned some awesome techniques and for the first time she tried oil paint and the piece she painted is so beautiful!
My daughter is a little shy but Barb really knew how to motivate her and bring out the true artist she really is.

My two children aged 9 and 11 absolutely loved this class. It was different from group classes we have done at art places in Chicago in that it felt much more like a real ‘art class’ with 3 hours of personal attention. It was fun for the kids and 3 hours went very quickly! The paintings they produced showed the work that was put into it in terms of teaching and effort from the kids.
Great way to introduce a child to experimenting with art themselves! We will be going back and taking friends with us.
