Night time manager was rude… sticker price on shoes was different than regular price and she didnt even acknowledge it and didnt get a receipt i guess this how tillys run things unprofessional every other skate shop i know would do things different never coming back

The clothing selection is alright. A sale rack is usually in the back of the store, but I usually never find anything when I look there.
I recently came here to buy a backpack for college and that was only because I had a 20% off coupon from the store catalog I got in the mail. If it weren’t for the seasonal coupons, I would avoid coming here.

I bring my daughter here… makes her happy… so I guess im happy

It is always a pleasure taking the boy to spend my hard earned money at this Tilly’s. Despite their popularity the shelves are always organized and stocked with ample product and sizes. EVERY associate is respectful and ready to assist when needed. I commend management for instilling customer service within their young employees especially since most adults lack this skill.
On this trip, I was returning a pair of jeans that I purchased the boy a week before. I did not do as the wife says and failed to check the garment before I purchased. Turns out there was a scuff at the ankles. I was ready for a hassle since the jeans did not have a tag. To my surpise Tilly’s exchanged the jeans without any problem.
Make sure to check the clothes thoroughly before you purchase them. This is not the only damaged product that I bought from Tilly’s. Last winter I bought a pair of shorts that had several cuts throught. I did not notice the defect until early summer so I chose not to exchange them.

Daughter loves this store! Customer service is A++++++++. Always come here!!! Easier then going to the mall…

yep. only one star because of just one sales person in the store who was very rude. The store looks nice… lots of helpful sales persons but just one salesperson Jessica L made my shopping experience crappy in this store. She was very rude and was not welcoming at all. Will not visit this store location again.

This is a very good rating for this store, because, you see, I am OLD.
My kids LOVE this store. And I must say, their sales are pretty good. They are head and shoulders above the mall TIlly’s. Much more selection here.
The employees are VERY VERY helpful and nice.
So why only 3 stars? OK, I told you, I am OLD… it’s… THE MUSIC. Oh my word, it’s LOUD, it’s OBNOXIOUS, it’s repetitive… let’s just say I give my kids the CC to just go in and buy whatever they want, as long as I don’t have to be in there.
Wait, I think I just figured out WHY the music is so hurtful to my old ears. Good marketing, Tilly’s.

Always has great service and a deal on jeans. Never had a bad experience here.

so the emo kid is getting ready for his last 8^th grade dance. he asked for a new outfit which would be new skinny jeans and a new t-​shirt. man… i so don’t have a lot time to shop on the weekdays. luckily, this tilly’s is so conveniently located near me.
the staff is super cute and friendly. the emo kid even mentioned wanting to work there when he’s old enough to apply for a job. they have a good selection on all the cutesy, skater-​like-​, emo-​like, rock-​star like fashion that the kids are wearing today. i even got myself a cute belt on clearance! yay!
and of course, we found skinny jeans. and the little one had to get himself a little skater shirt as well. geez… kids!
