Robeks Juice

I was trying to try some place I had never been before and stumbled upon this gem. It’s a nice little place and everything looks fresh. I was assisted by a Briann or breeanna who recommended a bowl to me and ohhhh yeah it was delicious. Thankyou for being so patient with me I know I had a lot of questions! But She was super friendly and totally made my crappy day into a good one! I will definitely be coming back here! This place is great there only downfall is breanna she made two of my smoothies wrong then had a attitude about remaking the smoothies so I had someone else do it

Bad customer service employee breanna very rude i went in there friday night and i knew what i wanted was ready to order she looks at me no smile and another customer walks in and takes care of her i was shoked that she just ignored me.

I teach at the gym next door to this location and I often want a good smoothie for lunch or snack. So I frequent this location.
Sometimes I know what I want, sometimes I don’t. And employee Lauren is usually there working when I visit.
She is always super helpful and has had patience of a saint with me every time I go. Awesome customer service on her end.
She is generally one helping me. Majority of the employees seem pretty happy and pleasant but others look like they just hate life.
But still 5 stars because of majority of my visits.

great smoothie taste but the staff is overall horrible. It is a shame… I went in for my first time on Friday night. These people did not greet me, when I walked in they looked at me and spoke to me like I was bothering them and inconveniencing them in someway. I was reading the menu and girl with no uniform on said «Are you ready yet and rolled her eyes at me. I was like no there is to much to choose from I have never been here before. Instead of helping me and letting me know what was popular she asked again » Are you going to be ready soon” Honestly I have been working in customer service since I was 15 years old over 10 years and this was the worst I have experienced. Employees are suppose to make their customers feel wanted and help them with enthusiasm… so they can have a pleasant experience. These people did not greet me when I walked in they looked at me and spoke to me like I was bothering them and inconveniencing them in someway. Too bad smoothie was good.

The worst. If I could give it a zero I would. The staff aren’t receptive to complaints. I ordered a bowl and for $ 6 you would at least expect to get a bowl, not a smoothie in a cup that’s already melted. All they did was cut up 6 slices of banana and squeeze chocolate syrup. It’s sad service has gone down since I’ve been coming here for some time.

Brianna was very nice and kind, she told me about a bunch of different flavors. They were so good I bought two. Definitely a good employee. 5 stars just for her.

Adding protein is only 5g? What is the point of it then? The whole purpose of someone wanting to add protein to their smoothie is to actually get a decent amount of protein in their diet. I can’t believe I even paid extra for that. It would be wise to let your customers know, that way they can add however much protein they would like in their smoothie or opt to walk out and go somewhere else.
Also, would it kill you to smile? Came in this morning and the female cashier looked like I was a burden to her day. Don’t get a job in customer service if it’s that hard for you to have human contact.

Jamie the manager is Awesome. When she’s working your drink just taste amazing. She always has a smile on her face.

Ok I have to take back my one-​star review because not only was I wrong (the $ 5 card does say not valid with other offers), the manager Bobbi Rose kindly apologized even though she didn’t have to. Robek’s is back on top of my smoothie list. The smoothies are not cheap but I believe you get what you pay for so I’m not against paying a premium for good quality deliciousness. My go to drink is the Acai energizer with two extra soy protein boosts.
The review below was how it all went down and embarrassing as it is to make mistakes, I have to own it.

I’ve been going to Robek’s ever since I discovered it, conveniently located next to 24 hour fitness in Glendora. I have a Vitamix blender but choose to spend my $$ on their Acai energizer smoothie because of the convenience. Let’s be clear, I can make my own smoothie with Acai and protein mix at home and have done so I the past. It’s easy!
Well this Christmas they had a promotion where you get a $ 5 voucher for every so much $$ in gift cards purchased. I bought a $ 20 gift card for every 24 hour fitness teacher of mine. That’s $ 260 in gift cards. I looked forward to using my $ 5 coupons in the small time frame they gave ¹⁄₁ to ²⁄₁₃. The voucher has no other limitations other than you can only use one voucher per transaction.
Well I’ve used 2 or 3 coupons so far in conjunction with my 10% 24 hour fitness membership discount. No problem.
Then today they tell me I can’t use both. But they can’t show that in writing anywhere! They need to make this clear so all their customers are well-​informed!
I’m so upset at them that I will probably just end up using the remaining $ 5 vouchers through ²⁄₁₃ and stop going there altogether.
Robek’s – you should really clarify terms and conditions of your offers. I bought those gift cards in the good faith belief that I would be able to use my $ 5 vouchers freely. Now you’ve alienated and possibly lost a very loyal customer. Just think of that income stream you’ve lost from me? I typically have a smoothie every time I work out which can be anywhere from 3 to 6 times per week. Then sometimes for breakfast! I have very little patience for companies that can’t treat their loyal customers well. We all have a choice on who we do business with. I’m sorry that your lack of transparency has resulted in my choice to write this review and cut business ties with you.

I love the juices here. And the workers here are always so friendly. My go to drink is the age buster. Give it a try if you haven’t already. It’s super healthy and tastes amazing.
If you are looking for a veggie or fruit juice, I would recommend Apple, cucumber, lemon, and ginger. Anything with lemon and ginger will help aid and heal your sickness. If you’re not sick, it’ll help boost your immune system and make you feel like a brand new person.
If you’re coming from the gym, they also offer gym members 10% discount off all their drinks. They don’t really promote this so just a heads up. Use it and take advantage of it.

This place might be good for juice but seriously how can you go wrong with nature. Simple, when the store is all about how much money they can get from everyone who walks in the door. For get about service and ensuring the customer has a good experience so they come back. So when you order a simple wheat grass for almost $ 4 bucks and ask for a «Shot» of apple juice to chase don’t charge me $ 1.00. I’ll pay you $ 3 for fresh 12 ounce. Thanks a lot Andrew…

This Robeks is great! I always come here after I go to the gym, it’s the best way to refresh yourself after! I would recommend the piña koolada (sub raspberry juice, add extra coconut). As the duke of this place I can tell you that’s it’s a very good place to spend your money

Unimpressed. Our selection, a «Big Wednesday,» had little flavor other than cold. Not sure how that happens with these ingredients: Papaya Juice, Strawberries, Peaches, Bananas, Orange Sherbet, Pineapple Sherbet. Added protein is only 25 cents, but it’s only 5 grams. Robek’s other selections looked interesting, but if you can’t make a smoothie… Jamba beats them in all categories.

I love the acai berry breakfast bowl and the peanut power with chocolate drink! They do phone order which is a plus :) Kelsey is very nice and was helpful with the menu.

They always know what I’m ordering as soon as I walk in I come so regularly. They’re all very friendly. My favorite Robeks location!

Friendly employees and great service! I tried the Hummingbird, which was a citrus-​y and tart, as well as the Strawnana Berry (strawberry banana) smoothie. Both were delicious. I wasn’t a fan of the Malibu Beach one and they were nice enough to re-​make my order; it tasted too dairy-​like to me. I will be coming back again!

Thanks for having a stamp card! Now this will motivate me to keep coming back for more. This location is in the shopping center with Best Buy, Corner Bakery, AMC theater, Old Navy and Chili’s. The place was empty when we walked in and we were welcomed by the workers. Being that this last weekend was pretty warm, I was excited to finally get something good and cool in me. I ordered a large Pina Koolada which was delicious! I loved that the drink wasn’t liquidy and it wasn’t overly sweet. I loved that it didn’t take too long for me to get my drink and that the service was welcoming. The place itself was also spotless clean (floors, tables, even the trash can was not over flowing). I would love to come back and continue filling up my stamp card to get my free drink soon!
The only reason why I deducted a star was because in the past the husband had ordered a guava drink here. This drink was outstanding and what really made Robek be highlighted if compared to any of the juice/​smoothie drink places out there. Sadly we were informed that they no longer have it. I wish they would have recommended me something else though rather than just let us down with that information.
