Going to this office was a horrible experience. First it I had to deal with a rude receptionist over the phone. The first available appointment wasn’t open for a month. Then I was told if I was late I would be charged for the missed appointment. So after a moth I get to the office 15mins early only to wait for an hour and half for the doctor to see me and had to wait 10 mins more when my appointment was interrupted for a phone call. On top of all this the doctor was very condescending & judgmental. She made me feel horrible. On top of all this I was told to make an other appointment. This is not the way to treat people.

This is the second time I’ve seen Dr Stuart. They booked my appt at 9:15am, and I waited until 10:45am, waiting in the small exam room. I overheard the nurse call the doctor asking how much longer. I can’t believe how unprofessional this experience was. I ended up walking out and said I was leaving. Then miraculously the doctor happened to be ready then. She sat with me literally for 2 min, prescribed me some antibiotics and I was out. Wouldn’t recommend!

I visited the office of Dr. Cynthia Stuart today for the first time. I did not actually see Dr. Cynthia Stuart, but saw her P.A. Dana Folsom. She was AMAZING! She is a gem! I did not feel rushed at all, which is a rarity these days. She took the time to sit and talk to me about everything and anything I wanted to. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a nurturing, caring, patient doctor!
