Dr Aaron Toole is a great doctor, highly recommend him. He was very detailed and kind in his work.

PAs are very friendly and take time with you, however you can never get an appointment. My daughter and I haven’t ever seen a doctor in the three years we have been with this practice. We have only ever seen physician assistants (PAs). I’ve been trying for weeks to get a referral for a specialist for my daughter who has been having significant back pain for weeks. Can’t get the referral without being seen but can’t get an appointment for weeks with another PA. It’s not right!

This office has been by far one of the best offices I have visited. I am a 25 year old but i have needed the doctor quite a bit in my life. I usually saw Holly Prentice which is no longer there now. She was amazing. Dr Glavan is a fantastic doctor as well. I am seeing Mrs. Folsom (PA) today and hopefully it goes just as pleasing as all the other visits.
Initially they did not accept any Obamacare insurance policies but over the year they adapted and now accept things like blue shield and what not. Very pleased.

My grandmother used to come to this office so when I was looking for a new Dr. I decided to switch to this office. I’m so thankful that I did. Everyone here is so kind, and that is what people need with a Doctors office. A person needs to feel cared about and valued. Everyone that I have seen here takes that extra step to care for the patient. Thank you to all who work here.

My family began using this practice in 2008, and initially we were pleased. We have no complaints about the doctors or PAs.
We left because of insurance issues. Under the affordable care act, each of us ended up on different plans, which we chose because these doctors were listed as providers. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
I chose Blue Shield. Luckily, when I called to schedule my appointment, I also asked to confirm that they accept my new plan. The answer was no, they take other plans but not mine. So I left and found a practice that accepts my insurance and a doctor who spends more time being attentive and answering my questions.
Today, after waiting a couple of days to get an appointment for severe pain, my 22yo son arrived and was told that his coverage is also not accepted. They told hint to go to urgent care — which also didn’t accept his coverage.
I’ve done some searching, and found that this practice is listed under many Covered CA options, but don’t make an appointment before phoning to confirm — and then be prepared to arrive and be told that they are «not contracted for THAT plan.»

I have been going to Dr. Holly Prentice for a long time… my daughter has now been going to her for several years also. She is a kind person/​professional, knowledgable, and has an upbeat personality. I would recommend anyone to her ! she is the BEST.

I have been coming here for about 8 yr. I was referred to Dr. Stuart by my mom but when I first started going to this doctor’s office I rarely had my appointments with Dr. Stuart bc Dr. Stuart was hardly ever available. Being that i was a teenager, I didn’t care too much. In fact I preferred them bc they were always available. However, after a couple of years and some experience I started having a preference. I wasn’t too happy with the P.A.‘s anymore bc i started to have bad experiences, but if i had to choose between p.A.‘s I’d pick Holly Prentice. She isn’t the friendliest but she is to the point and direct. she always seems rushed and irritated so if you want to ask questions or you want detail, she’s not the one for you. The other P.A. that I went to was Dana Folsom and she seemed to be very loopy, kind’a all over the place. She scared me and even concerned me. And i had a coworker who happened to have the same p.a. and agreed with my opinion of her tendencies to loose focus and be all over the place. However, bc of the p.a.‘s convenient availability i continued to make appts with them. Until my last 2 experiences with them. Prentice was becoming more and more short. It seemed that I spent more time with the nurse than with Dr. Prentice and the end result was far from what i would go in for. My last experience with Folsom was awful. I went in for a lump on my skin which was a bit painful. She didnt know what it was and even had another P. A look at it to see what they thought it was. and they discussed medical suggestions in front of me! Dr. Folsom said she thought it was suspicious cancer and her solution was to burn it off. And she did just that!!! What? Are you kidding?! Why Not take some fluid out, take it to a lab to get tested? Just burn it off? Wow! She also referred me to a dermatologist bc she was concerned about my moles. When i went to the dermatologist he said there was absolutely no concern of my moles but tested them anyway (results were fine, no problems). I told him that Dr. Folsom burned off a lil bump on my skin. He was shocked and said that it should have never been burned off but should have been tested. He recommended if it grew back that i go in to get it tested. That was enough to make up my mind to never see Dr. Folsom again. I think she may be a bit paranoid of. Sure its great to have a doctor who takes your concerns into consideration and put their best foot forward in tending to your concerns but dont freak the patient out or freak out with the patient! Find the problem and the cure dont just guess or do the simplest thing to bandage the wound, so to speak. Anyway, Since then I have booked all my appointments with Dr. Stuart. And she has become more available throughout the years. I really love her care and treatment. She takes her time, shares her knowledge and even cares about my concerns. She gives recommendations not demands or obligations. She makes me feel comfortable and she is assuring of her findings. I trust her as my primary physician. And as for the office, I love the location, its close to home and its across the street from the bank and the pharmacy, its perfect. The girls in the office are great. Although it seems that they make me fill out the same «update information» pages every time i go in, they are friendly and welcoming. The office is simply put together, nothing gotti or old fashion just simply decent. And the wait has improved greatly. I used to have to wait 45 minutes + before i was even seen by a nurse then Id wait another 30 mins in the room but now its usually 10 minutes or less before a nurse sees me then another 10 mins before i see Dr. Stuart. Even the billing department is great. I had a discrepancy once and the fixed it immediately without any hassle and they even acknowledge their fault and sincerely apologized. Over all, this place is great. if you pick the right doctor for you, you will be happy, no matter the location or the wait.

Absolutely terrible. This office must not want any new patients or know how to treat then. Scheduled appointment a month in advance and had to take off work to come in. They have the wrong address in the first place, so I had to call to get the correct one. They have a very confusing location to get to and I called them 10 minutes after my appointment time asking directions and said I was lost. They said nothing on the phone about not being able to take me because I was late. Then I came in with all paperwork ready and apologized for being late since I was lost. They had the nerve to tell me try could not see me. I am not wasting any more of my time with an untrustworthy place like this. Thanks to them, I have to find time to take another day off work and probably wait another month to be seen. A place that doesn’t respect their patients loses them.

Had to bring my brother here to see his Dr. for a bad chest cold and cough to get some meds. No appointment and they got us in same day within three hours of my phone call. What’s wrong with that! NOTHING!!!

not the fanciest office but cozy, friendly staff, relatively efficient — love that it’s close to home and that they have same-​day appointments if you call right at 8:30.

Looking for a new family practice after ridiculous wait times at our old doc (2 hrs!). Called this place since hubby visited Dr Burrows once and liked the care and service. Same day appt with PA — no prob. Waited about 45 min after completing new patient paperwork. Very friendly staff — 180 degrees difference from our old doc’s office. PA was kind, thorough, and helpful. What one would expect, right? ;-)
Wished we would have switched docs sooner!

Going to have to switch doctors. Folsom is so good but I can’t get an appointment in a timely manner. I end up having to go to urgent care every time because they NEVER have anything available when I need them. They tried to tell me today 3 weeks until I could get an appt for a flu shot. That’s crazy. Also, if you leave a message to ask Doc a question don’t expect a call back.

I am a patient of Dr Glavin but haven’t seen in him in over 6 years. I always see Dana Folsom. She’s amazing. She’s extremely knowledgable, full of energy and always takes a long time talking to her patients. She truly cares about your well being. I never feel rushed out the door with her. So why the 3 stars? Well their booking system is horrible. Like other ppl have stated they only take same day appts. I called at 8:45am this morning and was told Ms Folsom (PAC) was already booked. I was told I have to call back @ 8:30am tomorrow. They need to stop taking new patients and do something about their crappy appt process.
So 5 stars for Dana Folsom (PAC) and 0 stars for their appt system.

I’ve been a patient of this medical group for 7 years. I started coming when my insurance changed. Friends and family HIGHLY recommended Dr. Burrows, my primary MD. I prefer a female for annual exams and they gave me Ms. Dana Folsom from the start. She’s a PA. She’s what has kept me coming back! She’s very knowledgeable and experienced, professional, friendly, and so caring! I’ve seen Dr. Burrows on about 3 occasions and yes, he’s great too! My appts are usually preventative or routine exams, I rarely get sick. And since they’ve remodeled the property — inside and out — what a huge difference.

I am a patient of Dr. Stuart, but have never seen her even once. I always see Ms Folsom (PAC). She is great, in fact she is so good, I dont even try to make an appointment with Dr.Stuart. I have been going here for the last two years and this year my experience has not been great, hence the 3stars instead of 4 or 5.
One of the biggest difficulty is making appointments. If you are willing to suffer in pain for more than a 1month, you can wait for one of the Dr’s, Earlier the PA’s could be seen within a week with a time of your choice. However recently they have this issue where you cannot make an appointment with the PA more than 24hours in advance (i.e same day appointments only available) and you need to call at 8:30am (not around, at) so no surprise you wont be able to talk to a live person.
Eventually when you talk to someone it is more like 8:45am or closer to 9. You dont have any more same day appointments so you would need to call the next day at 8:30. This kept on going for me for more than a week when I got very upset and eventually asked for an appointment a few days later (which I had to explain with my tale of woe) and was lucky to land one.
They are also extremely strict with the cancellation policy (probably too many appointments and people dont show up, so I can understand). You get charged $ 25 for less than 24hr cancellation. I once made an appointment and cancelled within 72hrs of the appointment but still got sent a bill («patient responsibility» or something like that) for $ 25. I had to call and revoke that. All I am trying to say is if you may be at a risk of missing an appointment due to sudden emergencies (happens at my work place a lot) better not to make an appointment.
However one way to look at it, they are so busy because so many people want to use their services. So a lot of people must like what they are doing.
