I hired Joel to sell my house. I had tried to sell it several times with different realtors but was unsuccessful. Joel sold it for me in six days. He is very professional and knows a lot about the market. He priced my house perfectly so that I had lots of potential buyers through it and multiple offers. Upon reviewing the offers Joel had specific strategies for choosing the best offer that was most likely to close. I received above asking price and was extremely happy with the whole experience. Be careful hiring Joel to sell your home… you’ll be homeless before you know it, with a pocket full of cash.
