Chris Cervantez – Real Estate Professional – Century 21 Masters

When we first spoke to Chris, he immediately could tell what it was we were looking for. My wife and I were looking to buy a new home in the Inland Empire. Chris did an excellent job of showing us new communities and helping us go through the entire process of buying a new home. He is quick to respond to all forms of communication (text, e-​mail, phone call). I had no concerns during the process.

I am posting this Review for Chris on behalf of my mother. Chris is an excellent realtor and an even better person:
It is with deep appreciation and much enthusiasm that I write this testimonial to personally thank my realtor, Christopher Cervantes, Century 21 Masters. I first met Chris in 2010 when my husband and I were interested in buying property in Las Vegas, Nevada when he was a realtor there. He is very knowledgeable, supportive and knows what is best for his clients. He helped us to not only purchase a condominium in Henderson, Nevada but also a unit at City Center on the Las Vegas Strip. Unfortunately, my husband suffered a stroke in 2014 and my life changed forever. Chris stayed in touch with me over the years so I knew he had become a licensed realtor in California. Without any hesitation I called on him when I realized I could no longer keep our condominium in Paramount, California. I was not familiar with the formalities of a «short sale» but Chris explained every step of the transaction which was very comforting to me with everything I was going through in my personal life. Not only was the short sale completed in only a matter of months, he even worked directly with my CPA to expedite the submission of very important tax forms to escrow to help speed up the closing of the sale. Chris showed a tremendous amount of support. It was like I was working with a very compassionate friend. I would highly recommend Christopher Cervantes to anyone selling or purchasing property. Chris came highly recommended by our close friends due to their great experience with him. Chris did not disappoint. We chose Chris after interviewing several other local realtors because of his professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and approach to selling homes. He quickly promoted our home, leading to a significant viewings and within just 2 – 3 weeks, our home was in escrow! Chris was able to navigate us through escrow and went above and beyond when our buyer became extremely difficult and unduly withheld wiring the funds at the end of escrow. Wow! I can’t say enough about Chris and his work ethic. Not only did Chris help us buy a home he also helped us sell our home. Both experiences were very smooth and stress free. Chris was able to get us $ 20,000 over our asking price after our first open house. We couldn’t believe it! Chris is very good at always being available for any type of question in regards to selling or buying homes. If we move back to the area there is no doubt in my mind that I will be calling Chris to help us find our next home. This guy knows what he is doing!
