One of the simplest selling and buying experiences we have ever had. Contingent sales can be complicated, but they made it look easy! JP quickly marketed and sold our home in Moreno Valley. As first time home buyers we couldn’t have been more indecisive with picking the right house and submitting an offer but John Paul worked with us on a daily basis as we navigated through the process. This was second time in the market for buying a home after wasting my time with another agent that mind you had so! called experience of about 25 years in the real estate business i was unable to get into a property.
