Reliable, knowledgeable, hard working mechanics.
One of my cars is a 2000 Dodge Caravan with 165K miles on it. I bring it in every 3−4K miles. OI have had that car for 7 years, and John has worked on it for that long. The car runs great. And if there is an issue, they let me know ahead of time so we can get ahead of it. Pricing seems to be fair. But you get what you pay for.
I recommend lots of people here. No one has complained.

My family and I have been bringing our cars here for a decade. The quality, speed, and cost of service can’t be beat. I actually look forward to getting my oil changed (and doing maintenance of any kind) at One Stop.

I had them change my clutch (256,000 miles original clutch) and rear main seal while they were at it. They noticed I had a oil leak from my oil pressure switch and took care of that with a new sensor. The truck runs great and I can’t wait for the next 250,000 miles lol. I will recommend everyone to them. Thanks again to John.

It is tough to find a good mechanic, but when you have an older car it is really, really important to have one that you trust and can rely upon. I have a 1992 Jeep Cherokee that I use for outdoor sports and trips and it is important to know that I won’t get stuck out in the middle of nowhere (a favorite place to be). With over 230K on the Jeep it still amazes me how well it runs. John and his crew have done a ton of work on the car, from redoing the front end to fixing mysterious electrical problems, and the price has always been reasonable and the work excellent. John even helped me with a referral to a body shop in Mexico when I wanted to get the Jeep painted. He has also worked on our other cars-​a Honda hybrid, BMW and a Mazda. Thanks and keep up the good work.

John is very patient and makes sure your repair is done right. I spent a little over $ 2k getting my old truck rebuilt with a new radiator and they did a superb job. I drove it to Big Bear Lake the next day and it was like a new motor.
What is also nice is that even if they are busy, you can leave the vehicle there and they will get to it as soon as they can unlike some shops where they don’t want your car around. Makes it nice not to make added trips there.
Anyways, good prices, honesty and professionalism. Thats all you need when you need that car or truck repaired and these guys deliver. Highly recommend.

Its hard to find a good mechanic… maybe harder than a good hairdresser. My husband has had problems with other mechanics in the past, including our dealer. We took our truck to John for a second opinion after the dealer told us we needed to spend a bunch of money and my husband didn’t believe it. John proved that he was right, we spent about $ 30 instead of $ 600 and the problem was fixed! We have been taking our cars here for over ten years now and have recommended them to our friends… how many mechanics can you say that about?
These guys are very honest and reasonable. They never sell us things we don’t need. You won’t be disappointed!

One stop was recommended to me by my father in law. Great honest work. The owner Johnny is very professional and knowledgeable! I needed a car quick and bought a $ 1500 1999 Ford Taurus, and kinda regret doing so. My car has a problem with oil pressure. Johnny helped me fix the leaks and sending unit at very reasonable prices. He always saves the bad parts to show you exactly what was replaced, and gives you his honest opinion as to whether or not something is «worth» fixing. He’s helped me patch up my piece of crap car and it no longer stinks, leaks, or rattles. I still get an oil pressure light here and there, but that is not Johnny’s fault at all. He agrees with me that replacing the oil pump on such a cheap old car isn’t really worth it. I plan to drive this car into the ground and when it finally dies get something new or close to new. So far I’ve had the car about 4 months and the problems haven’t gotten any worse thanks to Johnny!
We also bought another 2001 Ford Taurus in MUCH better condition from an older couple. Johnny inspected the car for me and gave me the «green light» that we did a good job. The only thing it really needed right away was tires. I called around and his prices are right in line with the big chain tire stores. I also sleep better at night knowing that Johnny did the work right, vs. having some 18 year old kid who just learned how to use the balancing machine yesterday do them. I don’t need my wife loosing wheel weights on the freeway. (That’s happened to me)

they are the best! we live down the street and its so convenient to just drop off a car and pick it up when its done! they are so nice and do a great job! we have 6 cars and they do all!
