‘Lette Macarons

My favorites! I wasn’t a big fan of macarons until I tried them here. I’ve had more flavors (in one sitting) than I care to admit. I loved them all with the exception of the earl grey one, which is pretty to look at but not as fun to eat.
In short: They’re fresh, flavorful, & delicious.

It’s a very cute storefront and the staff is super friendly. They have a large selection of different flavored macaroons. I would suggest getting the salted caramel.

Macarons were good but not memorable. Fillings were just okay like you wouldn’t crave for more. There just wasn’t anything spectacular withthis macarons. The packaging was cute and colorful — it was nice enough to give as a gift.

I work at the Galleria and I am hooked on getting these yummy treats. The best macropod I’ve had by far!

Lette has always been my favorite macaron spot! They always have a new flavor of the month which is pretty exciting! Every macaron has a strong taste to it so each is worth the buy. My personal favorites would be the salted caramel, violet, and red velvet!

Fruit flies all over the macaroons. The employee didn’t seem to have an issue with that. Got disgusted and left. Went to the macaroon place at the Americana instead.

Nobody likes stale macarons. Nobody.
Before moving to LA, I lived in Paris. I knew an American chain macaron store located in a mall wouldn’t even come close to the real French version, but stale macarons?! At $ 2 each?! Lette Macarons, you’re kind of a disgrace.
I almost passed by the store, it’s so nondescript. And it was completely empty except for the one woman working behind the counter. Maybe the emptiness should have been a hint… I got one raspberry macaron and one caramel macaron, to-​go in a cute little box. I left feeling SO excited. But both tasted at least a week old. Also, the ratio of filling to macaron was weird. The middle part was at least twice as thick as each of the cookie ends. This kind of made me think that even if they weren’t stale, this place doesn’t really know what they’re doing.
Get your macaron fix elsewhere, people.
Edit: And to the business owner below who replied to my review here, I didn’t say the macarons were overpriced. I know full well the price of macarons! The quality simply doesn’t warrant that price. Ladurée charges $ 2.50 per macaron, and for only 50¢ less at a place without the internationally renown reputation, I would have expected somewhat similar quality. I’m not the only Unilocaler here to comment on the staleness of your cookies! Your copy-​and-​paste response peppered with advertising-​like claims only further makes me never want to return.

I always love ‘Lette Macarons. They’re tasty, decently priced and come in cute boxes. For something thats located in the mall, they’re pretty cheap. Its not the best macaron you will ever have but its a pretty darn good macaron.

My mom and I were visiting the Galleria because of business we had to get done down there and we were less than pleased with the customer service at this Lette location. We usually visit the Lette location in Newport Beach at Fashion Island where they have amazing customer service.
First of all, the door of the store was open but there was not one person standing behind the counter. We were in the mall for at least an hour and a half and everytime we passed the store, no one was standing out front. The store was completely empty and we weren’t the only ones who looked in wondering where any workers were in the store. Finally, my mom and I decided to walk in and approach the counter and try to decipher which macarons we should get since we were already familiar with the flavors. We both were talking in the store — mind you, the door to the «backroom» of the store was open so that any workers or associates could hear us talking outside. No one came out to help us.
Finally, my mom says «Does anyone work here?» and very rudely, a woman from the back says «Yeah, I’ll be right with you.» At this point, we had already known what we wanted to pick up — how hard is it to walk out, drop three macarons in a bag, ring us up, and walk back to the backroom?! We waited around for a couple minutes before we just walked out. How are you going to have a business where there is literally NO representation of anyone even working there? No one is going to walk in if it looks like nobody is going to help them. I work in customer service and know that you should NEVER keep a customer waiting under any circumstance. We were appalled.
Will never return or reccommend this Lette to anyone who lives in the area — I recommend the Newport Beach location. There’s always two or three employees standing out front EVEN IF there’s no one in the store. I can be in and out of that location in a matter of minutes or seconds, depending how busy they are.

I love their macarons. I particularly like the raspberry macarons.

I went here for the first time ever to try my first macaroon!!! Yipee!!! I decided to choose the coconut and salted caramel macaroons. I only got two because they were 2 dollars each and you know I’m not made out of money honey. I was VERY disappointed in the salted caramel macaroon because the center was just caramel and took away from the entire macaroon. La-​la-​Loved the coconut one! It was delicious and the center was a perfect cream and I know a good cream when I try one. Trust. Still, I wouldn’t come back because the workers were rude and stuck up when asking questions. On top of this, the workers didn’t know the answers to my questions… Just sayin

Delicious delicious delicious Macaroons! Yes they are a bit pricey but defined worth it — in addition to getting some for a mid day snack I had to get a box of 24 to take home too. The only regret I have is that when I got home I felt obligated to share. Almond was clearly my favorite with green tea a surprising close second. Although honestly you’ll want to try them all!

Two Words: Two Dollars
Two dollars macarons. Yes, I bought 6 of them. I am not giving a two star rating because I think it is overpriced. But, I think there is a lack of flavors in these macarons. Also, two of my macarons were stale. I think these would make such a great gift IF they actually tasted good. Skip this (unless you have two bucks to spare).

This place was ok. I suppose there isn’t much one can expect from a place inside of a Mall.
The macarons themselves are Delish but the staff here is always so dry.
A little excitement would help.
The location in Larchmont Village is and will continue to be my favorite.

After Unilocaling found this place with the best reviews and decided to make the drive and try it out. Ordered a dozen for $ 22 which wasn’t bad but there wasn’t anything special. The only flavors I liked was the coffee, vanilla, and salted caramel. I would say defin order those but I’ve had better in the bay area.

Despite the fact that Lette is a chain that is popping up everywhere now, they are still my favorite macaron in LA. Their sweet wedding almond is consistently good. It is moist, flavorful and the filling is not runny, gooey or too much. Some of their other flavors can be just ok… and I’ve had one unfortuante stale macaron situation which at $ 2 a pop, is not acceptable… not even McCafe macarons are stale.
I will continue to buy them, but I hope that doens’t happen again.

Love their macaroons. I’ve been going to the Beverly Hills one for a while so when I found out they’re opening one here I was ecstatic. The macaroons are the same. Light fluffy and great flavors. The staff is wonderful. Very nice and willing to give their opinion on what they think is the best.
Pistachio and salted caramel are my favorite. Must try!

The store itself is super cute, fully stocked with beautiful looking Macarons in all colors of the rainbow.
Service is great, love the packaging, they make the perfect gift which was the reason I came here.
Good location at the galleria, makes an easy stop to pick up last minute Holiday gifts for friends and co workers.
I am not a huge fan of the product myself and I think its a bit pricey, but til the season to not worry about spending so much.

We strolled along the Glendale Gal this afternoon. I’m such a sucker for macarons because they are gluten free! Even if it was almost $ 2 for one, I had to have one. My sister and I ordered the coconut macaron and it was delightful. I wish we would have ordered more than 1 each, but because I need to fit in a wedding dress… I’m trying to practice some self-​control here!
I seriously enjoyed the coconut macaron! Then again, island people, we love anything coconut or mango! This, however, was super delicious. Everything about it was awesome! I should have ordered more (Darn!)
It was sooooooo good! Next time I come back for my dress fittings, I think I’m going to have to pick up some more of these.
My sister recommends the chocolate ganache and the passion fruit! They didn’t have those flavors available during our visit, but next time I’ll have to try.
The boxes are cute, which is why I understand why it costs more for the box. Macarons are yummy! I’m a fan.

Delicious macaroons! I want them all! Nom nom nom.
Being middle eastern I drink a lot of Sadaf and earl grey tea with that being said if you love the flavors of middle eastern tea then get earl grey!
My second favorite is the sweet wedding almond! I don’t know who names these macaroons but they are on point haha the plush pink color and mild sweetness make you feel as tho you’re at a sweet wedding.
Rose — I’m not sure if you’ve tried rose petal jam before. If you have you’ll know what I mean when I say this macaroon tastes exactly like the jam.
Salted caramel– reminds me of a snickers bar without the peanuts.
Caribbean chocolate– a very soft fudge brownie with a hard shell
Passion fruit– had a very strong taste (im not sure if I would try it again)
Madagascar vanilla– tastes like Breyers vanilla bean ice cream
I need to get out of my comfort zone and try the other flavors! Most likely the next time i go in!
