I’ve been taking my 03 VW Golf here for a few years now and had amazing service all the time. Vartan always takes care of me and has been great at diagnosing my cars problems and fixing them affordably and quickly. I come here for all my auto repair needs. I highly recommend ITech.

I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done on my car. I had issues with my transmission and the work was emaculate. My dad took a look and was amazed also. I am extremely happy with the service I always receive here and I don’t go anywhere else for my oil change. The pricing is very fair for the amazing work that is put in. I’ve been taking my car to Vartan for years. He’s the most honest mechanic I’ve ever met, and he knows what he’s doing. There have been countless times that he’s gone out of his way to help me, from loaning me his car to doing extra work on my car, and sometimes not even charging me! But, of course, I’m always happy to pay because his work is always top notch. Over the years I’ve recommended many others to him. My one critique, actually more of a comment, is that English is not his first language, so he’s not always the best at communicating or picking up the phone to explain a situation. So be aware of this if you hire him and don’t take it personally. He means well and goes out of his way to do a great job on your car at a very reasonable prices.

The owner Vartan is amazing at what he does and has a lot of knowledge on all types of vehicles. He will make sure everything is up and running before he lets you drive out of his shop. Also, his honesty as a business man is A1. I recommend I TECH AUTO REPAIR to all my friends and family. He also always has promotions going on from oil filters to a free car wash which is always needed. Thank you Vartan for being such a reliable mechanic.

Vartan the owner is hands down the best mechanic in the Los Angeles County. I say that with many years of experience under my belt dealing with a host and I mean 25 and more mechanics. He is the most extensive diagnostician that have ever come across when it comes to dealing with any type of vehicles.

And they go out of their way NOT to rip you off and to explain things to you.

Came here again, this time it was not a routine oil change. My headlight and wheel bearings went out. I headed over to the dealership because I thought these may fall under my warranty. Of course not, so the dealership gives me a quote which wasn’t affordable for me. I went over to Vartan already knowing it was an expensive fix for the bearings, but long story short I walked away paying 50% of what the dealer quoted me for. 50%! I was so happy. I always tell everyone about this place, no matter how far you are, your trip will be more than worth it. Try the shop yourself, I’ll guarantee that you’ll end up saving over 30%!

I was referred to Vartan by a friend for good reason. My car broke down and I needed help. I used to work on cars back in the day of simple V8 American muscle cars but a lot has changed since then. Finding an honest trustworthy mechanic is very important to me. When I had my current troubles I had an idea of what was wrong with the car and about how much it would cost. When Vartan inspected my car he gave me a quote that was about 40% less than what I was expecting. I assumed the starter was bad and had killed my battery as a result. He agreed. The next day he called me and said the price would be about $ 200 LESS than what he told me and that the starter was fine. He could have changed it and taken me for that extra money and I would have been none the wiser.
It’s a rare thing to find this kind of honesty and integrity. I will always come back.

I always make sure to come here for anything my car needs. This is one of the few mechanics that realize honesty is the best policy for their customers. My boyfriend has been taking his cars to Vartan his entire driving life and swears by him, so when my little Boxster busted its water pump and started bleeding coolant all over my work parking lot (so sad!) I decided to have it towed to him.
I had previously taken my car to an independent Porsche mechanic that I won’t name because I’m too nice, and and he pointed out all kinds of things that they failed to mention to me. Kind of important things I might add, like that my break pads were worn all the way down to the metal.
Vartan is very honest and thorough in his explanations, and takes his time to show you each individual part that needs replacing so you’re not just taking him at his word like SOME mechanics. His pricing is also very fair.
Also he washed my car inside and out by hand! What a sweetheart! Thank you Vartan!

I had recently gotten into an accident where I happened to mess up the alignment to my wheel so I was driving by and saw I Tech Auto and thought I would try them out. I went in and talked to the nicest mechanic. His name was Vartan and he was the sweetest guy. He explained to me that those kinds of accidents happen all the time and that it wasn’t a matter of driving skills. He was glad to fix it right away. I left it for 2 days and it was finished right away. He also asked if I wanted to have the oil changed since I was due for it anyway so I said yes and he changed my oil. The price was very inexpensive and fair. It was very convenient for me since I needed my car as soon as possible and Mr. Vartan made it happen. I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop to all my friends.

My car broke down right in front of this place. I quickly looked up their reviews and saw they were good so I took a chance and had them work on my car. The guy (Vartan) who helped me was honest and sounded like he knew what he was talking about with 30 years of experience. He gave me an estimate of $ 650. The final bill was $ 740. That’s a little more than I was hoping for but when I drove off I noticed everything was working fantastically. The car was quieter than ever before and ran so much smoother than I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely recommend this auto shop to my friends and family.

Hands down the best mechanic I’ve been to. The gentlemen examined my car, educated me about the issue, and had my car ready in a timely manner. As a female I always feel uneasy taking my car in for work because Ive found that mechanics try to overcharge me or tell me something needs to be replaced when in actuality it doesn’t. This time around was different. I tech has impressively low pricing and outstanding customer service!

Went here a few weeks ago and had my breaks and oil changed.
The mechanic did a great job and got everything done quickly. Pricing was fair so I definitely think I will continue going here in the future!

Love it! These guys are great! They take some warming up too but they are truly one of the only mechanics I’ve gone to that actually solved my car issues. Besides solving problems they actually explained to me in great detail what had happened and how they had fixed it in case I needed to explain it to another mechanic. There was one time I went somewhere else to get an oil change and when they put the wrong oil in the guys at I Tech gave me a free oil change cause they felt bad that I was wronged so badly. There was another time my check engine light was on so I took it in. It ended up being a problem with my gas cap and since it wasn’t anything major they didn’t even charge me labor. Thanks Guys!

Took my car in for a tune up and was charged $ 300. a $ 35 fee for «battery service»… when all they did was wipe down the terminals… i could have easily done that at home. A tune up should be no more than $ 175 TOPS! I paid them, I had no other choice. But, never again.
