Henry and his team at United Auto Body did a fantastic job after my brand new Prius was side swiped. I needed two replacement doors and my rear bumper needed to be repainted. Not only was my car repaired lightening fast, it was done right. I also really appreciated how Henry called me after finding some additional damage before starting to work on it. I highly recommend Henry and his team to anyone in need of a honest and experienced body shop.

I took my car to united auto body and asked Henry, the owner, to fix my car. When i went to pick up my car, i noticed that my front bumper was also cleaned up and the scratch that was there before got fixed as well. This is probably the best service i have ever gotten. He really did me a big favor with the fix, (free of charge.) I recommend this business to all my friends ever since and im confident they’ll have a great experience too

I would provide this business a zero if it was possible. Henry has been dodgy, will not answer a direct question and is evasive. It all began when I advised I’d be dropping my car off on a Friday. Even though their business hours are posted as Mon — Fri 8 am to 6 pm, Henry said he would be closed and I could come Thursday or the following Monday. This was NOT a holiday weekend. Neither of those dates were convenient for me, but I made arrangements to have the car towed on Monday. Henry began texting me once the car arrived. I NEVER gave permission to text me. I called him and I went over what damage from the accident needed repairs including a wheel alignment since my front passenger side tire was hit. Henry stated, «you had a minor accident, we cannot do an alignment»! WTF, he wasn’t present! My accident was NOT minor. How dare he. Then he had the nerve to say to me, «I can’t talk to you about the car over the phone, you need to come here»! Really!?! After he wasn’t available, now I have to come to him when he demands!?! Who does this jerk think he is?
If you want to deal with a chauvinistic, wormy and unprofessional business I recommend Henry and United Auto Body, otherwise LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! This place is a joke.

Henry, the owner is a great person and runs an amazing, honest business. He has been our family mechanic for years and always delivers exceptional work.
