Fast and efficient service. Least expensive place I found in Glendale area for iPhone screen repair!

Great place! They quoted me the best price compared to other places. It took approximately 15 minutes to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced and cost $ 90 only for the screen. The store owner is really is nice too he threw in a phone case as well. Went to cosmos in Pasadena and had a disappointing experience since my phone screen broke again in 2 days…

Fast tech is one of my favorite repair stores less then 15 minutes to repair your phone. Amazing costumer service and the workers there are very nice and helpful in every way possible i got my iphone fixed at a different iphone shop before and they didnt do a great job, brought it to fast tech and they fixed it for me it was like i got a brand new phone fast tech is amazing be sure to stop buy for any cell phone needs!

Originally I brought in my shattered iPhone 6 screen to be repaired even though the screen was shattered phone still worked fine. The owner started to fix my phone and it was taking about 30 – 45 mins and I asked how much longer will it be.
He replied saying the screen he just put on was defective so he has to put another screen on and it was almost done. When he was finished the screen didn’t sit on the phone properly, one side was flush the other side wasn’t but I ignored that and didn’t make a big deal about it.
However, a couple months later the screen that he put on turned out to be defective to!!! It had a glitch on the screen every time you hit the home button It would glitch up .I didn’t drop the phone nor was the screen cracked and even if it was when I brought in my shattered phone the first time the phone was working fine.
I took it back in and he said there is nothing he can do and said he only offered a 30 day warranty on it which when I read a reply to one of the posts here on Unilocal he told someone he offered a 90 day warranty! He offered to replace the screen and charge me 70 bucks instead of the org 90 I said NO thank you I rather pay 150 bucks to have it done correctly then to be scammed by these people buying refurbished products and after market products and installing them on people’s phones when they only last 3 – 6 months.
Also while I was there 2 other customers had problems/​complaints. As you can see I opened a Unilocal account today specifically because of this. That’s how frustrated I am. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this location pay the 20 – 30 bucks more and have it done the right way. Unprofessional young kids don’t know how to run a business

Excellent costumer service, I was Greeted politely by lady at the front desk when I walked in, I addressed my issue with my Cracked IPhone 6 and the the repair was done under 20 minutes, I was absolutely shocked at the rapid turn around time. The price was extremely affordable and highly considerable after getting quoted over a $ 100 at the other local repair shops. Thank you Danny!

I’ve been to this place several times now and every time I come here I am always impressed with how friendly the staff is and the service is top notch. I’ve taken several iPhones here for replaced screens, broken charging ports, broken buttons and every time they’ve fixed the device for a reasonable price. I don’t even keep insurance in my phones anymore thanks to these guys. I’ve recommended this place to friends and family and so far there have been no complaints. Amazing work guys!

3third times a charm. I haven’t been back form any iPhone repairs since ⁹⁄₁₄.
And once again my 6 need a screen glasses rePlaced. I had to call to see if you’re still there because I don’t live in that area I live in the adjacent city I had tried other places and I really wasn’t sure so I kept holding it off. I just caled them went over in 30 minutes and I was done within the hour. Again I picked up a much-​needed glass protector phone protector and repair and they didn’t gouge me .
They continue to be genuinely nice and attentive and answer any questions and I had something else by that needed be repaired and my iPad Air and they were honest they didn’t try to pretend that they would fix it.
The seems like to have more people working he there now, good for them.
And they’re always very generous with giving you a discount on any thing that you need for your phone that you’re repaired there.
It make it easier for me because having to spend any money on repairing something that I use every day but would rather not spend the money took a little bit of the pain in the wallet.
Full-​service is what you get they’re the pretty nice about it. I got my phone back look like a brand-​new phone like nothing I’ve ever broken so I’m set to go back to work.
PS prior to taking it the, because of urgency I took it somewhere closer to where I was. The other place tried to get me to repair other things that they said they were broken on my phone which, are not broken because I’m using it right now but tried to get me to pay some other money about $ 70 difference. So there you go not everybody’s like them here. I’m glad I went back to them.

This place is awesome. I took my phone in to get repaired and it was quick and turned out perfect.

I’m not sure why this place warrants 5 stars. They replaced my iPhone 6 screen and while the new glass looks great, it’s like typing on slippery ice and there are spots bleeding through on the screen. My advice would be to pay the extra dollars and go to the Apple Store.
I will be replacing this screen as its dim, hard to type on and shows bleeds.

This place is the BEST place to go if you have problems with your iPhone! Danny is SUCH AN HONEST SWEET GUY!!! HE WILL LITERALLY SAVE YOU SO MUCH MONEY while other places rip you off!!! It wasn’t for this place I would be stuck with so much to pay!

These guys are really efficient at replacing iPhone screens. I’m sure it’s not that hard, but you need tools. I lack said tools.
They will have you in and out within 20 minutes granted there is no line. I was really happy with the service and I would definitely return (knock on wood). Thanks!

I’ve been to this place many times. Any issues I’ve had, Daniel, who does an amazing job takes care of it within a short period of time.
Daniel is very friendly and he makes sure the job is done in a reasonable amount of time and at reasonable cost. He even cleans the dirt among other things.

I am always hesitant to take my iPhone to third party repair stores, but thought I try this place since I needed my phone fixed in a hurry. My cousins and I spent the weekend at a lake and I jumped in the water with my phone in the pocket. AlrigI was so mad and felt stupid. My brother referred me to this repair shop on Glenoaks when I got back as he had great experience with the technician.
I called the store to make sure it was open even thought it was around 8pm on a Saturday. The owner picked up and said that he usually does not work this late but he was willing to help out since it was an emergency. By the way, I had a flight in three days and definitely needed a phone before my trip.
I went in with little hope that my phone would actually be repaired. Within two days I got the great news that my phone was working again. The owner gave me a Courtesy call and said it was ready for pick up. I thought I was going to pay an arm and a leg for the fix, but again I was mistaken. I got a GREAT deal for what looks to be a brand new phone.
I now refer all my family members with iPhones to this repair shop.

At first I was amazed at how he said he’ll do it in 15 minutes. I was very satisfied and even got a free rubber case. Within 12 hours my screen ended up cracking, I didn’t even drop my phone. I took it in and he insisted that it was my fault, he said there is no way it would break without any impact. My glass screen protector was intact however the screen was broken, wouldn’t my screen protector break with it? He told me I would have to pay $ 100 to get it fixed again. No sense of customer service at all!

Waited about 15 – 20 minutes for my iPhone 5 repair. My screen was cracked and glass was getting in my thumb…
$ 50 for my repair and even my friend who was with me told me it looked like I had a new phone. YASSS, so easy, efficient, and really nice workers here! Don’t go anywhere else for your iPhone repair, trust me.

Battery was dead. Came in. Guy with the hat replaced it in a few minutes and put it in charge.
Was in a rush so i had to leave. Came back in a few hours. Phone now works flawlessly. Solid place.

UPDATE: brought in a second phone, with the back screen shattered. Dude replaced it in 5 minutes for $ 10 and bought a new cover for it for $ 5. Good stuff.

Came here due to a mis operation with my iPhone 5c… I wasn’t sure whether or not it was an internal issue and was looking for answers.
I was greeted promptly upon arrival and was helped right away. The guy explained that he was going to happily take a look and see what the issue was. He returned in a minute or two and said it was the screen. It took only ten minutes to repair and the phone looks brand new. It’s functioning perfectly.

I wish more establishments operated like this these days.
My iPhone dropped into a puddle of water, and although the screen was completely black, the phone was still working. I could tell because it was still dinging/​vibrating when someone would call or text. I noticed this place on Unilocal,called and asked if he could help, and he said to bring it in and he would look at it. After two minutes he handed me back my iPhone and said it was just some corrosion on the connections that had built up. He cleaned it, it now works fine, and he was kind enough to do it for free. Where most places like this would have taken it into the back and then said it needed some $ 50 part, this man was honest and did a simple little two minute job for free, rather than price gouging me. Thank you!

Fast, easy and inexpensive. These are my go to guys from now on. Don’t go anywhere else.
Oh and ample parking.
