Your fitness program design is based on your fitness goals and vary depending on your individual needs. Your initial fitness consultation will be crucial towards setting your fitness goals.

Fitness consultation includes:

–Body composition measurements i.e. overall body weight, current body fat %, current lean body «muscle’ weight.

–Blood pressure and resting heart rate measurement (this is used to set target and max cardio heart rates)

–Current diet evaluation

Sessions are fun and enjoyable and always change to keep them challenging and to keep you on track towards your goal.

Schedules are very flexible to meet your needs with various gym locations throughout the Hollywood, Los Feliz, Glendale and Burbank areas. No gym membership necessary.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Calif, Al has been involved in the fitness world as an athlete all his life and as a personal trainer for over 14 years. He was a collegiate athlete in both football and baseball & has used this experience to help other athletes achieve personal bests in many other sports. He not only helped athletes gain strength and endurance, but improved the overall health of many of his clients. He continues to assist many clients in reaching their fitness goals and enjoys the success stories he has helped create. He welcomes everyone and wants to help those individuals that are determined to make a life change. He knows he can really make a positive difference in people’s lives.

He admits that client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an certain amount of discipline and determination. But Al’s techniques softens the blow by making workouts fun, challenging and different each time
