Since 1995, Adis has been helping individuals reach their goals of any sort, in fitness. With each new person came a new experience in learning newer and better ways for improving and accelerating the results of training. Adis started his coaching with Martial Arts (Kickboxing), and by utilizing styles from different forms of exercise, he created an environment where a person can be trained with multiple and various combinations borrowed from many other fields of sports.
Adis looks forward to a future where he can help many more people attain their fitness goals, as well as expanding his knowledge of fitness and training.
