Patrick F.

Business Owner

Having grown up in several Glen Ellyn neighborhoods, and as a graduate of Glenbard South High School, Patrick offers buyers and sellers personal knowledge of the Glen Ellyn and Wheaton homes market.

Patrick attended Loyola University where he studied history and lived in the City of Chicago becoming familiar with Chicago and its many neighborhoods. He is also a graduate of Whittier Law School. These combined experiences uniquely qualify Patrick to assist his clients in dealing with distressed property situations as well as puts him in a position to offer his clients the strength of his negotiation skills.

After law school, Patrick returned to the Chicago area, and held various property management positions, overseeing a portfolio of 600+ single family rental homes located throughout Illinois.
