I cannot express enough how fantastic an experience it was. Eddie was so knowledgeable, kind, professional and passionate about his job. We saw dozens of homes together and a Eddie never made me feel bad when I told him that I wanted to look at just one more house. Eddie was always on time, patient and always greeted me with a smile. He worked so hard to make me happy and never seemed disappointed when I did not like a house. He was extremely honest with me and never wavered in his enthusiasm. During the process of purchasing my new home, I was having some rough times: Eddie was compassionate and always seemed to make me laugh. In the end, he helped me to find my dream house. I will forever be grateful for the role he played in it. A very satisfied and happy buyer.

Sari brings a solid background in operations, account management & customer service to her role as Managing Broker. With a «whatever it takes» attitude she thoroughly enjoys helping others.

Prior to working with a well-​known traditional real estate brokerage, she held the position of Vice President of Operations for a national concierge company. Throughout her career, Sari has developed a strong passion for exceeding expectations and treats everyone with respect and empathy. She’s been described as «customer obsessed.» Sari holds a B.A. in communications from Roosevelt University, where she graduated with honors in 2004.

A Chicago native she has lived in Rogers Park, Uptown, Lakeview, Portage Park, Niles, Glenview, Wilmette, Lake Bluff & Wauconda & settled in Addison. Sari is active in her community and volunteering & is Vice President of the Addison Chamber of Commerce. Her passion is advocating for animals & she serves as Director on board Realtors to the Rescue.

Eddie was phenomenal! We chose to go with Lucid as our buyers agent because we felt very prepared and had researched exactly what we wanted on our own, and very much liked the idea of an alternative compensation model for buyers agent. Our expectations going in were relatively low, as we didn’t think we needed much from our buyers agent and simply wanted someone with a bit of knowledge on our side. But Eddie was way more than we expected and helped us with things we didn’t even anticipate.
Eddie was extremely knowledgeable, had great professional referrals, was very helpful in the negotiation process and everything thereafter. His communication skills are great, and his response times were extremely quick. I give Eddie my highest recommendation and am very happy with the alternative compensation options that Lucid Realty uses.

I worked with Lucid to find my dream home and Marco Mejia helped me. He was fantastic in every way possible … he was always available on the phone for us to discuss, no matter the time. He was very patient with us as we saw multiple homes (some even after we had made an offer, because we weren’t sure that the sellers would accept) and he really helped us first time home buyers understand the complicated process and make it enjoyable for us. He showed us the property at odd times (our request) and worked with us as we negotiated the price. The negotiations must have been frustrating for him as we and the sellers went at each other multiple times and often it felt like the deal could fall apart, but Marco helped us through and through and gave us solid advice. We had been using another realtor before him from a popular online company, and the difference between them and him was like day and night! He pointed out things about the house that we would have never known to look at … as opposed to the other guys who, it felt like, merely showed up and opened the doors for us. I would recommend Marco to anyone!

Denise is the best agent you could ever ask for! I completely 100% trust her expertise. I have bought and sold 4 places through her, so 7 closings total. I have known Denise for 15 years and NEVER wanted to use another agent. She is so honest and up front with you, which I LOVE. She will look out for your best interest… that’s her top priority above all else! She is always right on about what your selling price should be to sell fast, and what the place you want to buy is worth to ensure you get it. When you want to sell your place, she will tell you exactly how to stage your place to sell fast. She will get right in there and even help move stuff around or clean if need be. If you insist on listing at a higher price, she will do it but I guarantee you your place will end up selling for the original price she initially suggested because she knows what she’s doing! She has a great network of quality people she will refer you to… lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, etc. She always responds to your questions/​texts/​emails right away, NEVER ignoring you! And on top of all that, she’s just a lot of fun to be around! I’m always laughing when I’m with her. She makes house hunting fun even though it can get tedious after looking at several places. GO WITH DENISE AND LUCID REALTY! YOU WON’T REGRET IT!

WOW. Sari was an all star realtor. I was a first time home buyer with extensive questions, specific needs, and under a strict time crunch. Sari was there for me even when the realtors usually took a «back seat» (attorney negotiations etc.). She was answered my questions at any time of the day whether it was 10pm or 7 am– What realtor is answering their phone at 10:00 pm? Sari is! Whether my questions were financing (which she never said «go talk to your mortgage broker” — she would say «hm, I’m not sure let me contact your mortgage broker and see what they say for your case»), neighborhood, resale, how to get my taxes lowered, mold, inspection, negotiating, paint colors, even down to what kind of dog food she uses, Sari was ALWAYS there with an honest answer. She never acted as if she wanted to make a deal– rather, she was trying to find a home that would work for me. She showed me homes that were worth while, in my ball park, and gave advice on what kind of home made sense for what I was looking for. She also went to bat for me on my now home– we had a tough seller yet Sari was there with a smile on her face and turned a grumpy seller into a sweet seller who was happy to negotiate! oh yeahh… she also PAID US TO USE HER by giving us a rebate check!!!

My wife and I worked with Carie Cox through both a first-​time home buying experience (when she was with her previous realty company) and for the sale of my condo (after she had moved to Lucid Realty). Through both processes, Carie was a savior. She was incredibly helpful and responsive, and made us feel like we were working with a close friend rather than just a realtor. Both our home-​buying and condo-​selling experiences had their unique aspects, but Carie handled them like a pro and provided great advice. My condo’s management office laughed at her when she told them what we were listing my condo for, but we were under contract in less than 24 hours at practically list-​price, with multiple backup offers, and closed just over a month later!
For our home-​buying experience, though it was our first time, Carie made it as painless as possible and provided great advice throughout the process with some very difficult (and as it turned out, shady) sellers and seller’s agent, and we successfully closed on our first house and are very happy! Before we even got to that stage, though, Carie was incredibly patient as we searched through hundreds of houses online, and walked through 30+ houses in person before finally finding ‘the one’!
I highly recommend working with Carie for any buying or selling experience, you will not be disappointed!

Sari at Lucid Realty was great to work with. When we first contacted Sari to start looking at homes we had a 3 month old baby. I was just returning to work from Maternity leave and getting back to the work habit was daunting enough. Sari was very helpful through the entire home buying process. The best part of working with Sari was how flexible she was when it came to showing us homes. Both my husband and I have very hectic schedules so many times we were viewing homes late in the evening. Sari was also very good at dealing with difficult sellers and always had an answer for us. We highly recommend Lucid Realty.

Was already doing the research/​drive by’s on my own to find a place and was aware of Gary through his activity on a real estate blog I visit. Since I was able to do most of the work on my own I got a rather substantial rebate back.
They were always available quickly when I wanted to see a place. Would definitely recommend for those who aren’t afraid of the process and looking for a rebate.

Sari at Lucid Reality is awesome. We met Sari at an open house in Elmhurst when we were just starting to explore the area. We immediatly clicked with her. She gave us great insight about the real estate market in the area. When it came time to buy we called Sari, described what we were looking for and she setup some searches for us. A few weeks later I sent Sari a dozen homes we wanted to see in Elmhurst. She setup all the appointments and took us to each house. One of the houses we saw was by far our favorite but it was a out of our price range. Sari said she would do some research and make some calls. Based on her conversation with the selling agent and her research she helped us get our dream house within our budget. I highly recommend Sari for anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Elmhurst or surounding area. She knows the area, she is responsive, easy to work with and best of all they offer a rebate on their commision. Full service real estate agent for a fraction of the cost!

Finding a realtor can be a huge pain in the butt. Finding a good one, now that’s like mining for a rare mineral on the moon. And most times you never know how they will perform until after you get in the thick of it.
I have to say, Gary is one heck of an informed realtor. He really knows his stuff. He is always thoroughly prepared, well-​researched, always ready with important information and he gives the straight dope. He doesn’t mess around. He’s not the type that will shuffle you around, push you around, nickel and dime you, won’t try to price you for a quick turn-​over to get rid of you like most do. He really listens and always takes the time necessary. One of the most honest and up-​front realtors I have ever worked with, and having sold 4 properties in Chicago over the years, I’ve dealt with a lot of realtors.
We had a very difficult property to sell; it was a neighborhood anomaly, there weren’t comps, and it required a very specific type of buyer in a nearly nonexistent niche. They did it though, they got it sold.
When we interviewed Gary, we were very impressed. We didn’t know, though, that we’d be working with someone else until after we signed. Randy, our agent, worked very hard, was responsive and we all worked well together. The only time I had a small problem with Randy, we discussed it professionally and it was resolved.
Selling in this down market is a nightmare and you really need someone on your side; I’d definitely recommend Lucid.

Great group of realtors that actually give you money when you buy your house with them. Who else pays you to do something you were going to buy anyway. They are smart and attentive and can really help in the negotiation process. I really think these guys are great and would recommend them to anyone.
