Nike Factory Store

Nike Factory Stores, I love to shop at them all! The discounts are awesome and I’ve been collecting shoes since 2009, so I’m obviously a fan of Nike! I’ve never had a problem at this Nike until April 30, 2016 when I went in to look around with my Mum and I spotted some clothes I wanted to try on. I went to the fitting room, the employee was named Julian, and he got a fitting room open for me. I was trying on 2 different sizes of leggings and 2 different sizes of shorts, and as I was trying them on, Julian was standing in front of my door and I didn’t think anything of it. But, as I got to the second pair of leggings, he was still standing in front of my door, he didn’t walk away or anything for that whole time. Then, I made eye-​contact with him through the crack of the fitting room door and I did NOT want to believe he was actually doing that, but for a second AND third time I STILL made eye-​contact with him and I was just so shocked… After that, he noticed and quickly walked away from the front of my door, but I was already in the process of getting dressed again and when I walked out, I confronted him and asked if he was looking at me through the crack of the door and he got really nervous and started stuttering. Then, I went to another employee to ask to speak to a manager since Julian was no where in sight, the first manager (I didn’t get his name) said that he’ll go talk to Julian and give the usual discipline talk. At that point I just wanted to leave and get out of there, but I thought to myself «What if he doesn’t get disciplined?» and he continues to do what he did to me to other women, children, and even men… It’s not right, at all… So, I asked for another manager, his name was Sergio, he was very nice and understanding, he seemed more worried about the situation than the first manager. We talked and he said Julian will definitely be written up and disciplined, but I still asked for Corporates number just to make sure this problem is dealt with. Sergio gave me his business card with Corporates number on it. It was a Saturday, so the offices were closed. I called that following Monday (May 02, 2016) and I spoke to a very nice woman (I didn’t catch her name either) and she said that this problem will definitely be dealt with and that Nike will call me back in 7 to 10 business days to let me know what will be happening in the situation and it is now June 04, 2016 and I’ve yet to receive a call from anyone… It really doesn’t bother me that I didn’t get a call back, BUT I really hope that something was done with Julian because no human should ever have their personal privacy invaded like that… Ever. Hence my writing a review to make sure other people don’t have to go through what I went through… I’m not even sure if I feel comfortable shopping at that Nike anymore, such a shame! :-(

Walked in on a Saturday morning and this place was already a disaster! Granted it’s the outlets, but still it shouldn’t be this messy this early in the day. Plus It’s actually cheaper at the San Jose or San Leandro outlet

Shoes are great but the customers here are the rudest as if it’s Black Friday and the employees get treated by customers as if there were 3^rd class citizens. This store needs organization and discipline.
New parents and Grandparents don’t come to this store with a stroller. The store is design to prevent theft and there isn’t enough space to move about. Don’t believe me look for yourself.
Shoe Palace is so much organized.

This Nike Store is a good sized one with a lot of deals and discounts, sometimes a bit overwhelming and it’s typically one of the more popular shops, so is crowded with long lines to check out and pay.
I’m a Nike brand fan, but not loyalist, so love shopping here as well as the other shoe stores, and would always stop by here.

I have to say I am a big fan of Nike brand, but every time we go to this store it’s packed. We can never find a staff member to help us and if we do they don’t know what they are talking about. We were looking for shoes for my son and about 20mins waiting around /​trying to get a staff members attention we finally get this young kid. We told him we were looking for shoes with high arch support, he took us to one pair of running shoes and he said we could try these, really? We end up finding my son something else other than what the staff member recommend. We bought them and left. Like I said big fan of the brand but so not worth it.
From Nike store we went over to New Balance store across the way. Omg way better service! We were able to get help right away from start to finish. And we were just looking for my son, but because we were so impressed with the staff and their knowledge of what they’d recommended, my husband, son, and I walked out with a brand new pair of shoes.
We walked over and returned the Nike’s we had just bought.

When you walk into this place, it is similar to a treasure hunt. Staff members are somewhat helpful, but you are better off hunting alone.
They have a decent selection of shoes, apparel, and accessories sold at your typical outlet prices. Keep in mind that the shoes they stock are not the latest styles, but they still have a wide selection to choose from. Pay attention to items that have signage for additional discounts. This is where you can really cash in! If you browse their clearance racks, this is another opportunity for you to nab items at nearly 60% off. Again, you may find something you’ve been eyeing for a while, or you may find nothing at all. The last few times I’ve visited this place, I walked away empty handed. No knock on the staff or the store, there was just nothing that really caught my eye.
Conclusion: This place is hit or miss, but worth the visit if you are a Nike fanatic! Weekends are chaotic, but showing up before Noon is advised. If you are not in the mood to make the trek to this particular location, head over to Westgate Mall off of Saratoga Ave., or the Great Mall in Milpitas. Thus far Westgate has the best customer service!

So happy I made the drive ! I wanted to get some free runs for a decent price and I found a bunch ! The employees were available and really helpful, even with the big holiday crowds the store was pretty maintained. The line was super long but went really fast, they had all registers open and the staff was working quickly. I would definitely shop here again !

When I think of outlets, I think «BIG DISCOUNTS!» However, it doesn’t mean anything unless they don’t have your size. I decided to stop by the Nike Outlet on my way back to San Diego and I’m glad I did. Yes, parking was difficult. Yes, the store was kind of a mess. Yes, it was crazy busy. But you know what, they had big discounts and my size. Overall, they had a wide selection of shoes and limited selection of apparel. Please note these are most likely last seasons styles or overstock.
I walked out with a pair of Nike Air Zoom Vomero 9 for $ 80 (original $ 130), 2 long sleeve dri-​fit running shirts, and a 49ers front zip jacket. The shirts and jacket were marked down plus an additional 40% off. Score! The sales associates were helpful. The line was long but it moved quick.
Good deals if you can put up with the crowd!

Black 5.0 for $ 85 and purple 5.0 for $ 50!
Score! Those are my favorite and I’ve been searching to replace them. Luckily I found them here!!!
Ok selection of clothing.
I’m sure you will find a pair of shoes you like. Sizes are limited but great if you have tiny feet (ladies).
Employees were nice. I only come here first thing in the morning so the store was nice and clean and calm.

I usually visit gilroy between thanksgiving and Christmas to get some good holiday prices. This shop is huge, decently organized considering the holiday rush. The collection is nothing special but is ok to stock up on socks, extra pair of shoes, and tracks.

Hit or miss with the staff. There are some really helpful, while others are just there to collect a pay check. Great selection of items especially the close outs. The clearance shoe area can get crowded and the shoes are all over the place thus making it more difficult to find the size you’re looking for.

I was pleasantly pleased with the incredible service and choices of all kinds of Nike shoes in this outlet. Marco and Martin helped me find perfect shoes for Zumba, hiking, and running at prices that fit my budget as I prepare for a new phase in my life.

Though the Nike Factory Outlet is selling overruns, overstocks, discontinued styles and last seasons merchandise, the deals abound.
The store is always CRAZY BUSY, but the store is clean and organized. Rarely is there merchandise on the floor, out of place or strewn about.
The staff is clean cut, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
People down rate and belittle this store for the behavior of other shoppers — BAD MOVE. It’s not Nike’s fault that you cannot stand up for yourself, say excuse me or make your way through crowds. Get out of bed earlier and get there when they open, IF YOU DO NOT LIKE CROWDS.
At checkout, an employee asked if we were using a credit card. He then had us step to the side, he scanned our purchase with a handheld device, swiped our card, I signed the screen and he handed us a receipt. We cleared the checkout line in literally 60 seconds!

Do not post pictures of your shoes — we do not care and they are not helpful. Post pictures of the store, the inside and the like.

Lot of my friends have been here before and had nothing but praises for this location, but having visited a similar one at Great Mall Milpitas I wasn’t blown away with their deals or their selections. Not worth the drive when great mall is so closeby and a better bet.

UGH, this has to be the worst experience I’ve had at a Nike store! There is a review by Vanessa O. which explains that exact same scenario, I went through this past Sunday ⁵⁄₄. The store was beyond packed with shoppers. I wanted to purchase shoes for my daughters and I could not even access the isle for children. Crazy busy and rude customers that would not move to look at the specials.
Nothing really bad to say about Nike and their products, except the shopping environment forced me to leave in 5 minutes. My wife has a little more patience than I and found some shoes for my little one ($ 30, not the best bargain).
The line to check out was surprisingly considering the mayhem, but overall I would not step foot inside here on a weekend again. Just food for thought, we walked down to Coach and they had a line outside the store with a rep directing customers in and out of the building. Nike, I highly recommend you follow their lead, makes the shopping experience much more pleasant.
In closing, I visit the Nike outlet quiet often in Tulare and have had far better experiences with better bargains.

This outlet is so much different than the outlets in socal! I love this nike! The material feels so similar to the material in the nike store i usually go to! I left this place with 3 bottoms & a long sleeve running shirt! And i dont feel terrible! Most of their items are 30%off lowest marked price! I would have left the malls in SD with a 300.00 bill but today i left with a 140.00 bill! :D so worth it!

Crazy, busy… I felt anxious with the amount of people in the store as well as entering the store. Not one person greeted me, but then again you’d need like 10 on the floor in the front for that to happen. As usual, the product is beautiful but still quite expensive for the outlets. Nothing really struck my eye and if it wasn’t under $ 40– I wasn’t really interested anyway. I left with 3 minutes.

This place has a great selection for an outlet. I’d say the trends for styles from Nike are fairly new compared to other outlets like the great mall. There’s a wide selection and hey it’s outlet price! The shoe section is quite clean although I did find it hard to go through the aisles as they are pretty narrow. The layout of the store was very cool as it was easy to access men’s clothing and right behind it would be the shoe selection. The staff seemed pretty busy, but I didn’t mind as I had at least two associates asked if I needed help as well as offered a bag for my items. It’s a great place to shop at if you know what you’re looking for!

Great selection of shoes, clothes, and accessories sold at a discounted price. Shoes are not the newest styles, but still a wide selection of styles to choose from. Additional discounts are applied for some items. Over the weekend I got some deals: 2 cotton tshirts for $ 25 and an additional 30% discount on women’s tank tops.
Try to avoid coming here on the weekends.
Outlets are crowded with long lines and grumpy people.

Growing up in the pre-​internet age of the 90’s and having big feet –I was a size 11 in 6^th grade!- buying «cool» shoes was quite a chore. Luckily I stumbled across this place on a shopping excursion with my parents and the world of cool was finally within my grasp. I owe The Nike Store a huge thanks and for a while this was my only reason to stop by The Outlets here in Gilroy. I have, thankfully, expanded my shopping horizons since my teens and have other locations I stop by while at The Outlets, but this is still one of my «must stops». Here are my top-​3 reasons to stop by the Nike outlet:
1) The shoes are still my primary reason for coming here. They still have a tremendous selection of large sizes in all their styles and I’ve always preferred the fit and feel of Nike’s to other brands.
2) Their «Dri-​FIT» brand of running shirts (long & short-​sleeved) are fantastic; I couldn’t see myself working out, or running, in anything else. They’re very comfortable and actually do wick away the sweat quite well.
3) Their athletic shorts & pants are also a must-​have in any workout attire; their elastic waistbands maintain their hold for years and the material provides a nice fit.
My two major gripes with the Nike Outlet:
1) I wish they had more of a big & tall size collection. Being 6’6″, ±240lbs. (depending what I ate for lunch) I’m more of a 2XLT guy, but I usually have to settle on buying their 3XL stuff and hope it shrinks a bit. Their larger sizes are far and few between and I usually waste 20−30minutes riffling through the racks looking for my much coveted 3XL’s.
2) Some of the clientele who frequent this place act like a pack of rabid wolves as they slowly deconstruct their clearance racks like the carcass of a caribou in the dead of winter. It’s gotten a little ridiculously crowded at the Nike store the past 3-​years, or so, and it seems like it’s getting worse. It’s pretty annoying, but whatever.
Other than those two annoyances I still love this place and always look forward to stopping in here and seeing what’s new.
