Dr H is a very good doctor. He has a great personality and tells you about your condition and makes it humorous too. He gives you information specific to your condition and does a very thorough job. He has a great personality and knows what he is doing. For my particular condition he gave me information that was helpful but said he would do more research and get back with me if there was something more serious. Very happy. His office is nice and so are the people who work there.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen this doctor. I have problems with swelling in my eyes. I’ve now been to 5 doctors, so called specialist, and they all charge me too much just to say they don’t know what it is. I’ve been prescribed the same medication each time. Predisolone. I guess thats what they do when they don’t know what you have. This week was the worst my eye has ever looked. I sat outside this Dr. Harpers office (during business hours) for almost an hour (which is a LONG time when you are in awful pain) I just wanted a prescription. No one ever came back from lunch, no sign stating they would be gone fo the day, nothing. So I had to go to my primary doctor ($ 67) then be referred to another Eye Specialist ($ 150) just to be given the same medication AGAIN! I may be blind by the time I get a correct diagnosis.

Please be aware of. Most unethical doctor I have visited. His receptionist give appointment to my mother accepting medical insurance. When we reached there, Doctor told receptionist to send us away. She said unfortunately Dr. Harper cannot see this patient because he sees only patients who have 2 insurance cards and that we needed medical and medicare both cards, so that doctor could make more money from 2 cards. They did not even ask, if patient has any pain in eye. My mother has severe pain in eye today and we are trying to get eye appointment some where else. I will not recommend this eye doctor to anyone.
