We have used probest for several years and each and everytime that we have had to call them they have done a superb job. The follow up they give is a rare service these days ! But Probest does followup when or before it is expected … great great service ! Their pricing beats everyone that I have ever called but there is never a compromise in their service. they deliver!! I have been with ProBest for over 5 years now and want to let everyone know the reason I stay with them is the super level of personal customer service I receive. You will be treated like a person, not generic customer number 742, lol, and they are direct and honest. They won’t sell you things you don’t need and won’t give you evasive answers to your questions. The owner, office staff, and service staff all are committed to helping, having you send pictures of potential pest issues to their cell phones, gathering as a team to discuss as needed. There are some service providers who may be offering lower prices, but the quality of service with ProBest is worth it because you get what you pay for! Thanks to them for taking the time to make sure my property is pest free for my peace of mind.

I’ve known Keith and his crew for many years. I don’t think I have come across a pest management professional who knows as much as Keith. He has always been professional and quick to solve a problem. What I like best is that he and his crew don’t try to up sale you unwarranted services. ProBest has been in business for many years and with as many pest control companies that spring up over night, if you don’t treat people well and run a good business you won’t be around long. I’d have zero problem recommending Keith and his team for any pest issue.

ProBest also has a Post Office inside their store. I started a business about a year ago and almost all of my sales were online. Shipping was very intense and I went through a huge learning curve. Everyone there was very patient with me and went way out of their way to help me. Bonnie was especially helpful by taking the time to answer all my questions «on a daily basis»! Not only did they help me get everything shipped but we worked together to figure out the best way for me to ship certain items and I saved tons of money. I even ran into a couple serious problems and Bonnie went out of her way to help me resolve them. I give them five out of five stars and a sincere thank you for all the help!

Thank for the continued great service! We have an ongoing scorpion issue and that’s just due to the location of our house. Ever since using ProBest the scorpions are not as prominent and OUT of our house, thanks goodness!!! I realize the scorpions will never entirely go away but it’s nice to know if we see any at anytime we can call ProBest and have them come back out at no charge. We recently experienced a termite issue and had the pleasure of dealing with Robert, who is polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend ProBest for monthly pest service as well as any termite problems.

Thank you and Andrew so much! We’ve used them in the past for a a termite problem and they fixed it in no time. We called another company to come out last week to do an inspection (be on the safe side) and they told us we had termites and it’d be $ 1500 to take care of them. Andrew from ProBest came out, saw broken tubes (old ones) and was completely honest. We didn’t need service, the tubes were no longer in use and really put my mind at ease. They’re not sales people who would try to sell a bunch of expensive and not needed services. Which is a rarity these days.

Amazing service! Robert, their termite specialist, came out several times during our home renovation to treat foundation cracks before laying tile. Now I can rest assured those critters will never come back. Professional, courteous, caring and reasonable… Truly the best!

The worst customer service experience on the management side of things. I have never had to deal with such disrespect and inept customer relation managing. This seemed to stem down all the way to how they treat their employees. My Technition mentioned to me that his route were only scheduled about 10 mins apart but in reality everyone knows it takes 30 mins to get from East Mesa to Phoenix. This seemed to stress him out and make him worried and apologetic that he was late.
After calling the front asking why things were scheduled that way, Bonnie answered and was not having anything to do with what I had to say. I then tried to talk to the owner Keith and could not contain my distaste for he lack of care of his own employees.
All in all, my review of this place is 0 if I could give it that. Yes you can get your bugs sprayed for but if you want to have an enjoyable customer services experience with employees that are being treated well look some where else. I doubt they even pay for health care and unemployment taxes.

I dropped off several packages but forgot to get a return signature on one.
They tracked down the package with the Driver while I was on the phone and he will bring it back so we can get this right! Thank you Probest!

At first everything was great. Our arrangement was that they would contact me the day before and I would bring my dog in so they could treat the entire outside of my house. Then they stopped notifying me and I would just get random calls from the technician saying he was outside my house. Then they stopped leaving the invoices for me to let me know they came by. Today they called to say they wanted to treat today. I was at work so I couldn’t just drop everything and run home. Besides that was not our arrangement. Then the lady on the phone was rude to me. So I paid her then fired her. Someone needs to let them know who the customer is and to treat them with respect. I will never recommend them. I will say at first they were great. Don’t know what their problem is. I would be happy to speak with their management so they can use this experience as a learning moment.

I notified the owner of my issue directly and despite his tendency to respond to reviews online, I haven’t received a response from him in over a week providing any apology or explanation so here it is…
I cancelled my pest control service after a billing dispute. I did this not because of the error, that happens, no big deal. I cancelled because of the very rude attitude and customer service of the office staff. In June I gave Probest my debit card number so they could just automatically deduct the monthly service from my account instead of writing a check each month. I was charged in June and then double in July. I called in to inform the staff of the double billing and they said they would have to call me back. All of this was just a minor inconvenience up until this point. Then Bonnie calls me back…
I’ll spare you the details of the conversation for brevity’s sake however Bonnie proved to be quite incapable of handling the billing issue. She seemed like an older lady with a southern drawl and genrally unpleasant attitude and seemed uncomfortable with their billing system and technology. On our third go-​round where she insisted I wasn’t charged for June I told her in a firm (I stress I was NOT rude, yelling, cursing, etc… just firm) tone I was indeed charged in June and I expected it to be fixed. This is where she turned from generally irritated and unhelpful to flat out argumentative and belligerent, yelling at me that it was my fault because I wasn’t helping her enough. I asked her calmly but firmly to please cancel my service and I would take up the issue with my bank. She then hung up on me without saying another word. I had to call back to confirm my service was in fact cancelled, she said she hung up on me because «once I said I wanted my service cancelled there was nothing more to discuss».
Roughly a half hour later she calls me back and sheepishly says she found the charge for June. When I politely ask if an apology is in order for the way I was treated she absolutely refuses to apologize and starts arguing with me again! She was going on about how much paperwork she had to go through to find the charge, as if I am the one responsible for the poor billing records.
For what it’s worth the service itself was pretty average, the guys showed up and were nice enough, however I never really noticed a change in the scorpions I was looking to get rid of.
Finally, I’m NOT accusing Probest of impropriety but it is a general curiosity and coincidence that after several years of never having an issue with my bank/​card that shortly after my dispute I had fraudulent charges on the same debit card I gave Probest.
