I had a great experience using this services. Their rates and customer service is great. The rates are even more reasonable if you meet the shuttle at their base on Bell Rd in Surprise instead of door to door service. You can lock your car in a safe, secure area on their property. The van arrived on time, driver was very pleasant and drove safely getting me to the airport in good time. Their vans are clean and very comfortable to travel in. On my return I received a call from them shortly after arriving at the airport to say they were waiting outside. If the plane is late they are prepared to wait for you. Their distinctive van is easy to spot on the Southside Exit 8 door.

It really is a pleasure to do business here. You are number one in customer service, and always courteous and friendly. The rates are reasonable and they do their very best to work around what can be crazy schedule changes on the part of the airlines. We have been customers for five years and look forward to many more.

More like an unpleasant surprise. This shuttle was an hour late for a pre arranged pickup. No excuses, no discount, no obvious customer care. Only use this service if you like standing around smelling exhaust fumes at the airport pickup. The driver was friendly, though.

The owner promised they’d do better, and he’s a man of his word. They confirmed my ride home, which I hope is a new process. Again, the drivers are fantastic. A great bunch of people to be stuck in traffic with.
