I called Vepcon this morning to inquire about treatment for bed buds which we discovered in the house we recently moved in to.
I left a message and got a call back is less than a minute. While Vepcon doesn’t specialize in bed bug treatment, the woman I spoke with was pleasant and conscientious enough to spend the next five minutes advising me on how to shop for a bed bug specialist, what questions to ask, and selection criteria, and what to beware.
Just her demeanor and logical expertise put me at ease and helped me become even better informed.

I’ve used this Company (formally Valley East Pest Control) for approx. 4 years now and I am a 110% satisfied customer. Jesse, the Owner, is patient, kind, knowledgeable and ready and able to help in all of your pest control needs. The techs they’ve employed have been punctual, reliable, friendly, knowledgable and go above and beyond with caring customer service. The very best tech I’ve ever had, for any type of service, is employee Jessica. Wow! She fits all those attributes above and she never gives up in solving any pest control issue. I have used VEPCON for weed control last year and again, just a couple weeks ago. Jessica came out, was on time, and is so courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We have over an acre of land and she took the time needed to get it all, yet not hit my bushes/​plants. It is so nice NOT to have weeds! I would highly recommend VEPCON for all your weed and pest control!

I’ve had the pleasure of using Vepcon for the past 2 years and have had no pest issues. I also use them for weeds and I have not had a single weed in my yard for 3 years now. Not to mention they have the best technician in the state. Jessica is awesome. She is prompt, courteous, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and overall awesome. I’m so glad I found Vepcon. I honestly know I get the best service at the best rate in AZ. I suggest you stop looking and just call them.

Love Jessica with ValleyEast. Has taken great care of multiple bug issues — roof rats, scorpions, and household peskys that I really don’t want around. My family has used Valley East, now VEPCON, for over twenty years. They are amazing, and practically like family. Jesse, the owner, is kind and knowledgeable. When we bought our new house, he came out a couple times to give us advice on treatment and what to expect (it’s an old house). Jessica, our kick-​ass tech, has gone out of her way on many occasions to anticipate our schedule and needs.
Recently, we started using them for weed control. Our yard looks awesome!
It might be really weird to have such a close relationship with your pest control company, but it’s really easy when they are so freaking amazing. You cannot go wrong with these people!
