I began my project with ANOTHER company and wasted two months with someone not listening to my budget or communicating timely. I searched outside of our builder recommendation for a better experience and comparison. I searched for hours online for the best company to call as I had already lost so much time with another and did not want to be disappointed again. After calling Creative Paradise I met with a designer, Miguel. He was a breath of fresh air. Miguel listened to every detail of my project request and budget, he was patient and very professional. I did not have to wait for weeks to hear from him. His communication and design was excellent and on target. He met all of my requests within my budget and we were soon on the installation schedule. Once the project started the customer service attention and communication experience continued with Lance and Shane. They provided a talented and hardworking crew and were onsite daily to make sure every details was perfect! I am so impressed with this company and the final result of our backyard. We went from all dirt to a picture perfect living space, at a very fair price.

Above and beyond our expectations! Our firepit and paver patio turned out perfect! They were even able to match the rock veneer on our home. They were timely and produced quality work. They also cleaned up! Above and beyond our expectations! Would highly recommend!

On 10÷29÷15 I had Creative Paradise come to my house and completely transform my back yard. They removed old Drainage and Filtration Fabric, put in new gravel, installed new SOD, built a boarder around the the grass, planted tree’s, installed a new sprinkler system, and a new drip system.
They showed up on time at 7am. Lance the owner personally showed up to go over all the details. I had some last minute changes to the project and not once did I ever hear a «No, It’s to late, or we can’t do that». They we’re very accommodating. They had the entire project done by 2:30pm the same day.
I can’t say enough good things about this company and the quality of their work. Lance explained everything about the new drip and sprinkler system in great detail. If I ever need work done again I will be using this company again.

Creative Paradise was contracted to landscape my back yard in 2010. It is now 5 years later and I need to share how disappointed I am with my decision to use them. For 13K in a down economy I would have expected perfection. My flagstone looks horrible, with cracks and separation from the concrete. I had complained and had them out several times. The last visit they told me I was too picky and they would not be out again. I wish I would have known in year 5 that my complete drip system will have to be dug up and replaced, because it has now flooded my back yard. The owner is in fact very arrogant and doesn’t really care what the customers concerns are. I will be interested to see how all of the 5 star raters feel several years down the road when the impact of their work is really felt.

Creative Paradise landscaped our backyard. The consultation was excellent. The rep we worked with met with us at our home and went over what we wanted. He showed photos and explained the types of plants we could choose and did a CAD drawing on the spot of what the yard would look like. The prices were very reasonable and we had gotten another quote that was double what he gave us (moon valley nursery is outrageous).
They gave us an install date a few weeks later. They showed up on time and completed our entire yard in one day including the drip extension/​sprinklers as promised. We had some issues with our plants, a few didn’t take (planted mid June dead of heat) and I contacted the owner Lance. It sometimes was challenging to get a hold of him but that is literally the only downside I encountered. When I did get a hold of him he sent out Shane who is fantastic and replaced the dead plants on two occasions as well as thoroughly explained our watering/​care/​maintenance for our plants. We got so much valuable information from him and he gave us his personal card and told us to call him anytime with questions. He even talked to us about our front yard landscaping that was done by another company!
All in all great service and I would recommend them to anyone looking to landscape.

Creative Paradise did our backyard… and we absolutely LOVE IT, they advised us on the best plants for our yard, and made our pool area and back yard a lush Oasis. We would recommend CREATVIE PARADISE to anyone wanting to landscape their yard.

Can’t believe what they did in my yard it’s amazing. I sat there in the window watching them the last few days, pretty much all day. These guys just work. They came to me via a friend from work who couldn’t say enough about them. I really dislike contractors in general. But these guys did everything they promised and more. I got a full yard landscaped grass, flagstone patio and grill area. They stayed within the proposed budget for my yard, showed up on time and cleaned up everything when they were done. All my neighbors stopped by after they left and couldn’t believe what they did! Absolutely amazed.

We tried working with this company but never would I pay them a dime. The designer came to the first meeting and we told him everything we were wanting and our budget. He said it was a good budget and shouldn’t be a problem. A week later he came back (over an hour late but at least he told us he was running late) with a design and quote. The design left off half of what we wanted and the quote was 5k over the budget we told him. And there were items in the design that weren’t on the quote! We felt he was very unprepared and that we were falsely led that we could have everything in our budget. I would NEVER use this company. My neighbor said they also met with them before and they felt this company didn’t listen to what they wanted at all either.

Creative Paradise just did my neighbor’s back yard. I have no idea about, nor do I care, about the quality of the work. The crews intrusive and inconsiderate to my space. I had trucks and equipment parked in front of my house, it was nice to have to walk my trash can down the block so I could have it serviced. Was also very nice to have puddles of mud in front of my drive way from the cleaning of their equipment.

Creative Paradise just did the landscaping for my back yard. I was given a thorough contract and a map showing the layout beforehand, so there was no misunderstanding about what was to be done and what it would cost. All of my questions were responded to promptly either by phone or email. The men arrived on time and did the work in a professional manner. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend this company. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that no one knew how the operate the existing Rainbird irrigation controls, so I had to contact the previous landscape company that put in the front yard to come and set the controls. Although I would recommend that Creative Paradise have someone learn Rainbird (not least because it is the most popular system used by Meritage Homes), it would not stop me from using this company again.

just had my backyard done by Creative Paradise, the guys worked extremely hard and after just 1 ½ days the decent sized yard was done, they cleaned up after themselves. The trees that were installed were larger than expected (hopefully they will take hold because they are gorgious right now)
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the stone quantity was overestimated by quite a bit, but the guys scattered it around my front yard and now I plan to cover my front yard with the same stone to better match the house.
