The dentist I had been seeing my entire life retired, so I began going to Dr. Stadler about a year and a half ago. He has a great attitude towards patients, doesn’t talk too much when his hands are in your mouth, the dental assistants are friendly and competent, and the receptionist is helpful and cheerful. All I ask for in a dentist is an atmosphere that makes me feel comfortable and great care and service towards my teeth! One feature that I love is that they take impressions and give you a free whitening kit that molds to your teeth, unlike whitening strips and straight across trays. I use the whitening gel very infrequently, and you can purchase the gel from the office for under $ 40. What a great way to get patients into the office!

I only visited Dr. Stadler twice, but had great experiences in both visits. The staff was friendly and the receptionist took time to explain the charges in detail. I had no surprises in billing from Dr. Stadler. I had a unique insurance situation but they still worked with me and gave me proper care. I had a cleaning and a cavity taken care of — both were quick and painless. I would recommend Dr. Stadler based on my previous positive experiences.

Dr. Matt Stadler is gentle, kind, and always listens. He will give you advice and several options if need be. We have been his patients for more than 15 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Charging you to tell you how much they will charge you is a crime. Still this dentist makes a practice of it. I went to see Dr. Stadler two times in less than 30 days for the same dental issue. He charged me both times $ 100+ dollars to tell me how much he would charge me to actually do the work. The first time I paid, the second time I took exception to the charge. The office staff was both un-friendly and un-yielding. Okay lets call it rude. I finally wised up and went to Dr Joseph Ostheller in Gig Harbor. Great staff, friendly dentist and one that clearly spelled out what was going on with my teeth, and how he would resolve it. No charge. Just great customer care and concern. Where did I spend my over $ 2000 dental dollars… Dr. Joe. Dr. Mathew Stadler shoud be ashamed of himself and his staff. You could maybe get away with operating a business like that in the old days… but now, I think people expect more.
