Olympic Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

Went there for my daughter check up. Such favorable feedback from her. I decided after neglecting my teeth for 25 plus years. I gave it a try. So far so good. Great objectivity and reasonable pricing.

I am a big fan! I regularly go 1 – 3 years without seeing a dentist which drives my husband crazy. I just can’t seem to find time to have someone scrape my teeth and tell me bad news about my oral hygiene. This place is awesome and I will go regularly because they are so kind, fast, thorough, flexible and friendly.
I came in for a regular exam/​cleaning knowing it had been too long and left happy. I appreciated that they asked me in advance what services I was interested in so that they didn’t try and sell me on things like «celebrity capped teeth!»
I was impressed by their clean office with what looks like the most up to date equipment. It really is modern! I had an initial consultation and then they set my appointment for another day. I was a bit annoyed at first because I don’t like going to the dentist in the first place and then trying to find another day to get my teeth scrapped, drilled, etc was daunting but I’m glad I did.
I arrived on day two for a deep cleaning with lasers, a cavity fill, sealant, and an in office whitening session. I could not have left happier! The team scrapped my teeth until they were squeaky clean, filled my cavity/​seal in record time and then set my up for the teeth whitening. They numbed me up so I could get through all three sessions. All in all it was awesome!
I most appreciate that Dr Ahn ensured I got everything I needed done in a quality and timely fashion. This meant the team had to stay an extra 45 min to get everything done. THANK YOU! I’ll be back and I highly recommend this dentist and her team!

I had an okay first experience here. Teeth cleaning x rays pretty standard. Then I had a flair up of my TMJD where your jaw hurts so bad your dizzy! Dr Ahn had me come in to tell me she couldn’t do anything! She wasted my time and really doesn’t know ANYTHING about this condition. So disappointed… if you want a dentist who will make you come in for no reason, not offer any help, but talks really sweetly this is the dentist for you.

Olympic Modern Dental is amazing! I have had everything from cleaning to root canal to crowns and everything they do is precise, hi-​tech and professional. The entire staff is all about customer service, making the entire experience as pleasant and compassionate as they can. The experiences I have had are exceptional; getting me in fast as a walk in, calling me to check on how I am doing, working within my financial means, and really listening to my concerns about anxiety and pain. I am recommending everyone I know so they know that they too can have a caring, non judging, pain free dentist appointment — crazy right?! Not crazy here; thats the norm.

As I just had x-​rays and a consultation, I can only speak to first impressions. That said, I was very impressed with the office and their state-​of-​the-​art equipment, the cleanliness of the office, and, even more so, their professional — but extremely kind staff. From the moment you get there you feel welcome and you can tell that they generally want you to feel comfortable. Dr. Ahn was very thorough, but caring. The Office Manager was amazing, kind, explained my dental plan to me. She certainly has a way of making you feel calm in a somewhat stressful situation.
I will definitely be back should I need a crown, as crowns are fitted «in house» in a single visit… Wow!

My cleaning went well, with nice staff. However, the expertise does not seem to be there. In fact, after seeing a periodontist at olympic modern dentisty (works of of their building 1 a week) it is clear to me that I will never be going back. After getting 2 more opinions, I have realized that this periodontist would have made my matter worse. Never again. His suggestions were completely opposite of the other specialists I went to. Maybe to get a cleaning you can come here, but for anything else… I’d suggest getting another opinion or steering clear from here.

I was able to get a new patient appointment the day after I called and they emailed me a link to do paperwork online, which was easy and convenient. The staff is really nice and efficient. I was checked, had all xrays taken and was siting in chair ready for Doctor in about 15 – 20 minutes. Dr. Ahn is really nice, quick and very detailed and explained everything that I questions about. After initial exam, the benefits girl came and went over recommended procedures, cost and insurance coverage. It was nice to know what to expect and not get a surprise when leaving. The work and cleaning was effecient, pain less and looked great. Also, There was a personal TV on the chair so I got my favorite show while work was being done.

Great experience coming to this office! One of the kindest and most caring dental care offices I’ve ever experienced! Even with no/​limited insurance, they will be happy to work with you! Office is modern, impeccably clean, and even elegant. I’ve been very happy with the services I’ve received here and will not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody!

I called to make an appt. based on the reviews. Paul answered and it sounded like he was in a noisy bar or restaurant and he couldn’t hear me. He apologized and stated his name and Olympic Modern Dentistry again. I told him I wanted to make an appt for the $ 59 exam and cleaning and did that include scraping, or was it just polishing. He said «it sounds like you are familiar with it and it includes 1 quadrant of scraping. I asked how much for the other 3 quadrants he said an additional $ 500. I told him he must be mistaken, he said no he was not mistaken. I then said I’m not interested, thank you and hung up. Really?! That’s crazy for someone with no insurance.

I love the staff and the modern dentistry of this office. Teeth whitening, crowns, cleaning, exams, everything I’ve had there so far has been above and beyond a good comfortable experience… and this is coming from someone with severe dentistry anxiety! Wish my insurance was accepted here but they do offer an insurance plan that makes the things my insurance doesn’t cover affordable.

I recently took my mother to Olympic Modern Dentistry and was blown away. My mother is very nervous about going to the dentist and the entire staff took exceptional care of her. Dr Ahn was so comforting and gentle that my mother is actually excited to go back again. The office was clean and modern and everyone made us feel like we were family. I would highly recommend them.

After about 40 years of having 4 upper front crowns, some had to replaced over the years, and they no longer matched well. I decided to give myself a great present and replace them all after I found I needed to retreat an old root canal on one of them. I got sticker shock at my regular dentist in Silverdale, so shopped around on the web. I came across Olympic Modern Dentistry and was first drawn to this office because of their ability to create their own crowns, and then was happily surprised by the big savings for the service. Dr. Ahn promised me she would do everything to make me happy with my new crowns, and came through completely. She is top-​notch in skill, care, and manner. I find myself looking at my teeth in the mirror, and feeling happy about how nice they look. Thank you Dr. Ahn!

I dropped in for an emergency procedure and Dr. Ahn and her staff were outstanding. The injections by Dr. Ahn were painless and the procedures went smoothly. I couldn’t be happier how things turned out as I left feeling so much better.
The office itself is very clean and modern. The prices are also very reasonable. If you’re in need of a dentist, I highly recommend giving Dr. Ahn a try.

Dr. Ahn is the best dentist I have been to. She was very gentle when working on me and explained things as she went along. I was surprised to get a phone call from her the next day to follow up on me. The office is modern and new and I had my own personal tv to watch while Dr. Ahn was working on me. It’s in a big complex so it’s nice to have lots of parking available. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Ahn by a family friend who had a great experience. I’ve never been to a dental office so high tech and clean.
I had a new patient consult and a crown done in about 2.5 hours. This was amazing because a crown in the past took me 2+ weeks and two visits to complete. When Dr. Ahn was done, I couldn’t tell which tooth had a crown! I really appreciate the fact that she explained everything to me thoroughly before and during my procedure and seemed to have a very genuine personality.
Oh, they also have a chest full of toys and a Playstation 3 that occupied my little daughter while I was getting worked on.

Exactly as the name states, this dental office is MODERN. I was pretty surprised when I walked in that new patient exams were $ 59 because the office itself looks expensive. They seem to have the latest in dental technology and the staff is also top notch. I haven’t had much success in finding a dentist I’m comfortable with but I think I’ve found my dentist for life! Dr. Ahn was very friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. Having had this dental experience with Dr. Ahn makes me question my past visits with other dentists as they don’t seem to be up to par. At the end of the day, I had an exam, cleaning, and two fillings done (all while watching TV) and scheduled another appointment to get a crown. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Ahn at Olympic Modern Dentistry.
