Missing of manager to train the staff. Customer service far to be great!!! Too young with no experience and done time no respect.

Sad day when I don’t want to eat pizza. Not sure what the dealio was with the last pizza we picked up from there? The crust tasted as though they had left out a major ingredient. Terrible. It was hard and weird. Not only that, but they NEVER pick up the phone. So over this place.

Pizza is norm for a Papa Murphy’s. The young men behind the counter lack customer service skills, period. You would think with what happened a while back that put this place in the spotlight of the local media there would be a better effort to make customers happy. Maybe next time we’ll just have to pre-order from another pizza chain.

Good pizza. Great to take home and put on our ‘Big Green Egg’. Crust and toppings are good. And a reasonable price.

Really good pizza at a decent price. This location doesn’t have the fastest service though. I stopped in earlier this week and the guy who was making my pizza stopped, took his gloves off, got a step stool, and looked for a better radio station. After he found one he liked, he got back to my pizza. Was a funny experience to witness that!

I am appalled(freaking out) after reading the article in the Austin American Statesmen! An employee wiping his genitals on a pizza because a customer ordered at the end of his shift. Is there any supervision at this place? Being a customer since their opening, I wonder how many of my pizza’s have been customized. There is no way that this is the first time he did this. The culture was probably passed from Neanderthal to Neanderthal. Bye-bye Papa!

We order Papa Murphy every Friday in Dallas. We call ahead and order the pizzas we want and they are ready when we get there. Always correct and always good. We called this location an hour ahead and ordered 2 pizzas and a mini Murph. We got there and no mini Murph and the veggie with«white» sauce was a «delite». They had to make another«white» pizza and told us to order Alfredo sauce next time, since white sounds like delite. Really, how come they didn’t ask what sauce if they were confused. No apology, nothing, it was our fault. Will never order from this place again. Leander location is much better.

Went last Sunday and again today … my favorite Pizza Maker, Zach did his magic and I left with two family size pies which we shared with our friends. My only regret is that I am leaving for Virginia on Thursday so can’t have Zach make me any more of his wonderful pies. Good bye!

We didn’t get my sisters sd of feta.cheese. No biggie but, my sis called to see if she could come up their too get the feta and the girl said no because they were closing. I called back and talked to the manager and he made everything ok. Pizza is awesome it’s just that you don’t tell someone they cant come pick up something because they were closing.

This recent Chicago transplant has been desperately searching for deep dish pizza and after many failed attempts, and beginning to have withdrawal symptoms, we tried Papa Murphy’s on the advice of a friend. This was our first time at a Papa Murphy’s and we didn’t quite know what to expect. For those like me who are not yet in the know, here’s how it works. It’s kind of like a Subway for pizza. You pick your size and crust, then watch your fresh pizza go down the line getting whatever toppings you specify. The price is the same no matter how many toppings you choose(a bonus, in my book.) When your pizza is assembled, it it shrink wrapped and sent home with you on a disposable tray you bake the pizza on and a set of simple oven instructions. We choose the Chicago style stuffed(obviously!) and were impressed watching this goliath be constructed. It must have weighed 8 pounds. The staff was super helpful and walked us through the procedures, sensing we were newbs. The ingredients were all very fresh and the restaurant was very clean. They are generous with the toppings, including a heaping amount of cheese. No scrimping here. Eager, we took our beast of a pizza home and baked it as instructed at 375 for ~25 minutes. It well exceeded my expectations. Could have used a wee more sauce, but I can ask for that next time! It’s far better than any of the local delivery options and costs less.(Our family size Chicago stuffed with 5 toppings was $ 16, and there are ample coupons online to bring that down further if so inclined.) Is it an exact replica of the Chicago pizza I am used to? Of course not. But it WILL hold me over until I am back in Chicago! A great deal and really, a damn good pizza. Will definitely be back!
