I have read how CiCi’s has gone down. We decided to try it again Sunday for lunch. I was so disappointed in the salad bar! The lettuce looked horrible– hugh chunks of terrible looking lettuce. I pulled a piece out with black stuff on it. The olives and radishes were soaking in liquid – which you don’t normally seen in salad bars. Just yuck! It was not a salad bar I want to see until someone in charge cares again. The manager came out to help with our order and then I didn’t see her again. No one was cleaning the tables while we were there. After reading about the ice, I’m glad I chose to have my drink without. We will not return until we know things have gotten 100% better. Pay attention CiCi’s people.

Might be good place to take a large group of kids but I found the restaurant somewhat dirty. There was mold on the drink machine. I alerted the hostess and she was sincerely apologetic. I have no interest in returning. If you want good pizza there are better options in Georgetown.

Had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to the cash register, there was nobody in front of us. There was piled up dirty plates sitting on one table. The manager seemed as if he couldn’t do his job. He was just wandering around and then would disappear. There was no pizza out at all when I came, there were people here though so they should’ve had something out. The lettuce looked pretty old so did the toppings.

This place is overcrowded with high school kids. How can they possibly let in 2 bus loads of people when the restaurant is already 90% full? No pizza at all for anyone. Avoid this place at all possible. Terrible service, I almost slipped at the drink machine, watch out for the wet floor mat, no warning signs at all.

Terrible experience. Came at 8pm two hours before they closed. They were already closing down the resturant and had little to no food out and closed half the seating. The employees were rude except the cook who actually listened to the one request we had. There was no dessert and little to no pizza. While there they had a rush of people and looked like they were scrambling to catch up. I talked to one employee requesting for a dessert pizza because they had none out and my fiancé only goes for the dessert. She said she would get some put out. Later we asked the cook if she was going to have it put out only to find out the other employee didn’t say anything to her. Manager was rude and had an attitude. Overall it was not a good experience. What food they had out was decent though.

If you can avoid this place do it! I brought my son in for his birthday with some friends and it was terrible. Pizza in the buffet line was old and stale. Tables and floors were sticky and dirty. There was no tea available not was there any ice. Very subpar! I will not come here again!

So you can’t order a whole pizza and sit in the restaurant you can only sit and eat if you do the buffet.

They didn’t have a wide variety of pizzas. It was pretty dirty as well. I usually like to go to cici’s for their cinnamon rolls, however the rolls did not look appetizing and it didn’t taste really well. I was very disappointed. However the cashier, Angela, was very friendly and easy to talk to

Terrible enough to go out of my way to say something. Dirty, had to ask three times for a pizza that should already be on the bar, ran out of dessert and never was replenished, tables were not bussed the whole time I was there.

WTF happened to this establishment?! Everything taste like s**t! The manager just stands there looking at us like a weird pedophile! There was probably 6 types of pizzas on the line and it was lunch hour! The Korean worker kind of freaked out when I said that we will just have water for our drinks. Yeah, Cici’s used to br good but now they have employees that don’t give a s**t!

I’ve eaten at many Cici’s locations over the years. Today was my first at this location. The bright spot was this is the nicest looking site I’ve seen for a Cici’s. Clean and new looking. And now for the not so good. This location has the smallest selection of pizzas available for the buffet. I came in around 1:30 pm so after the lunch rush. The pizzas available seemed like they had been there since lunch time. They were room temperature at best, a bit cold at worst. The heating lamps were much more effective at drying the pizza out rather than keeping them warm. The signature pizza was a bacon and cheddar pizza. The slices I took had been under the heating lamps so long they were rubbery. Very rubbery. In fact, I wondered if perhaps I had accidentally chosen a plastic food display rather than actual food. The pepperoni and the cheese pizza were nearly indistinguishable. The only way to tell the difference was the pepperoni pizza had a slice of pepperoni in the middle before it had been cut into 8 slices. My favorite pizza at Cici’s has always been a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. This was nowhere to be found at this location. Also, at other locations, someone will ask if they can make you a pizza of your choice. Georgetown appears to not offer this option. At least, no one asked me. At the end, no one even said«thank for coming!» as I left the store. :(

Came to CiCi’s for a school fundraiser, likley will not be back again… food was garbage, they did not have enough plates/food…ran out of desert, and exuded horrible customer service when I politely notified staff the games were eating all the kids quaters. The staff of unsupervised jueveniles commenced condescend and argue the childrens failures at counting quarters, rather than simply refund 1.50 to upset kids. Honestly, if the staff of highly unmotivated highschoolers took as much pride in their jobs as they do with their narcissistic, passive agressive, awful attitudes, this place may have a chance despite the low quality food, and lower quality service, a sub par preparation for dinner traffic. Do yourself a favor, make the drive to gattis, chuck e cheese, or wait for a revival of showtime pizza. because even walking out of this sad excuse of a business… you may encounter the tall, lanky, sort of strange looking kid mumbling passive aggressiveness and disrespect as I have tonight. Side note… asked for a manager and the student body refused to procure one, as there was zero adult supervision in this place

The food is good and the dining room is clean, but religios music was playing the WHOLE time! It was very irritating. I will not return if this policy does not change!

So we went into Cici’s around 7:30. We left with our $$ back. Start off, it’s primarily for kids, there was no cheese pizza. Nor was there any edible pizza, noodles sauces or breadsticks that weren’t sitting out for 1 hour. We asked the non English speaking worker(wtf right?) for a CHEESEPIZZA. She had to call someone over to translate(WTFAGAIN). By that point we all three were waiting for pizza. So I decided to bring this up to the manager. Who the whole time was in the corner by the register reading his bible. No wonder he didn’t see the non English worker serving a crap product. So I called him over and walked him down the Line. When I got my refund, this was the best part, he asked me if I was gonna take my drinks with me. I stood a little puzzled and slowly said. «well ya there Togo drinks I hope so, but I can leave them with you if you’d like?» He stated that I would need to buy anything I took. So I told him to keep the drinks. I would expect if we’re getting a full refund, you would be so cheap and stupid to ask for us to pay for the damn cup. Last time I will ever go to Cici’s…

It’s hit or miss every time we come. Pizza was well stocked this time. Made a special order for Mac and cheese pizza. Still waiting after 15 minutes. Ordered wings when we came in and we’re finished eating… still waiting on wings. I give Ci Ci’s a 3 star review any of the days we come. It’s great for a quick pizza buffet. We’ll still come, we just don’t expect super high standards… but it is a quickie buffet. The staff is always nice as well.

Oh CiCi’s, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways… While there is another pizza buffet that I prefer, it is only available at lunch, so any other time I will happily make my way to CiCi’s. Which I do a lot. Way more than anyone should. You would think that by now I would be able to leave without saying I ate too much, but there is always that last cheesy delicious morsel smiling at me, begging me to eat it, and I’m too polite to say no.

PIZZAREVIEW: I really wanna give four stars, but CiCi’s is generally mediocre. I guess that is the good thing about it – low expectations always met. I was leaning toward four stars because the managers were so nice. One introduced himself, and then as I was leaving, both managers said«Bye» and waved as I left, like I was the most important person to stop in that day. So, here it is– I like the premise of CiCi’s. Pizza buffet, ersatz salad bar, even a soup. It is rather cheap, too. This particular one just seemed sloppy. There were no trays at the entrance counter. They were out of unsweetened tea. I had to go on a treasure hunt to find a soup spoon, while my mediocrity soup grew cold.(Metaphor for life? Perhaps). By far, the most egregious transgression a pizza joint can make – not a shaker of parmesan anywhere in sight. Good heavens!!! That alone, cost an entire star, maybe more. The pizza was meh. Actually, palatable, but I’m of the opinion that you really have to TRY to make bad pizza. I’m sure I’ll be back, because as the three stars denote – this place is «A-OK»

Fist time trying Cici’s and I guess you get what you pay for. The salad bar was kept clean, one person said; «Welcome to Cici’s!» randomly to every other person who walked in. There were alot of people working there, one staff member was giving out balloons to kids which was pretty cute. They did not have a very good selection of pizzas, 8 out of 0 pizza that where available had pepperoni which made no sense to me why they would make so many of the same pizza but whatever. Alot of the pizzas where unbaked, probably a result for them rushing to get the pizza out to the customer, but they should make sure it is cooked properly. i may try Cici’s Pizza again but not at this location.
