I have never had any problems with Georgetown Cleaners and have always had great service. My mother-​in-​law has owned a cleaners for 30 years so I am picky about cleaners and so far Georgetown Cleaners is the best in town.
To illustrate the great service, I dropped off my shirts on a Thursday as I was leaving on Monday morning @ 6am for a business trip. Saturday about 5:30pm my wife mentioned my dry cleaning. I went to the shop immediately, but they were already closed. I went home and decided to call and leave a message on the off chance someone listened to it before Monday. I called at 7:30pm on a Saturday and Kevin answered the phone. I explained the situation (my forgetfulness…) and he said to come to the store and he would get me squared away. 10 minutes later I had my shirts and Georgetown Cleaners had a very loyal customer.

Very disappointing. My clothes were not available when they said & tried to push it off until the next day… That wasn’t acceptable, as I needed my clothes for business the next morning. I requested my clothes back & it took them 20 minutes to find. The 2 shirts they had pressed, they stained & pressed massive wrinkles into them. I am so disappointed with their work, that I won’t be back.
