Terrible service. 1.5 hrs is too long for an oil change. For reasons unknown they shuffled my car from line to line and when it did make it into a bay, they drained the oil and did not have an oil filter for my Toyota Camry. And there it sat. They never provided an update and when asked repeatily if something was wrong the answer was simply, no they are getting to it. Adding injury to insult the maintenance warning on the dash was not reset and they nothing for my time. Unprofessional.

I went in for an oil change on my corvette. Was greeted immediately and professionally by a technician. Was told all my options before they changed the oil. Greatest thing was (and what will make me come back even though price was kinda high) was that no one tried to «upsell» me on ANYTHING. Just did what I asked to be done, cleaned my windows, and vacuumed my mess. and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. And they were pretty busy! Will definitely use again.

Had the best ever experience for my oil change. The young men were polite courteous and knowledgeable. They vaccumed my car and washed all my windows. The lounge area was neat and clean. Marcus was my technician and found a senior discount for me and was so nice. Escorted me to my car. I’ll be back. Goodbye Ford Quick Lane.

We had a car battery die on us. Was able to get a jump and drove to Jiffy Lube on Williams Dr. Our car is a Jaguar so needed a Jaguar battery. They found it for us and installed it. It’s been a couple of weeks and car is still going and going. The manager at the time (Saturday around 5pm) was so nice and helpful. We thought we had a very serious problem but once they got the battery installed and all was good we were relieved. The manager put us at ease with his wonderful personality. Thank you!

Follow up… finally got a call from corporate. they left a message. i returned the call and got answering machine. this same routine continued for many days and weeks. finally got a call from them that said if i didn’t return the call by 5:00 pm that day, the claim would be closed. i didn’t get home until after 5. called back and left message that i did indeed want to follow through with claim. no more messages from them.
AGAIN, I SAY — DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND HAVE NO CARE ABOUT DOING SO.
I’m still waiting for a call from someone who actually wants to speak with me.

I had read the previous reviews on Unilocal and was reluctant to bring my car here. I have a 2008 Mini Cooper that I am a bit protective of! However, I desperately needed to have my oil changed and Jiffy Lube on Williams Dr was the only place open on Labor Day.
Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The service and communication were excellent. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and respectful.
I was very happy with the service I received. I will definitely be back

Went for an oil change today. The service was quick and seemed efficient. Staff were pleasant. 10 minutes later I entered my garage to find my car smoking and it smelled like it was burning. On examination there was oil spilled over a huge area under the hood and all over the front bumper. it looked like some attempt had been made to wipe it but not very effectively. When I called jiffy lube, the mechanic said «it was difficult to get the oil in the right place because we had to use a funnel».
I can only assume it was a perforated funnel or maybe they used a spray gun! Never in 10 years of oil changes on this vehicle have I experienced anything like this. I certainly won’t be returning to this provider.

I used to use this place regularly for vehicle inspections. On my most recent visit I was dismayed at numerous issues. In summary the place seemed like it was inhabited by a bunch of high school kids when the teacher has stepped out of the classroom for an hour.
Jerry springer was playing on the TV in the lobby featuring an episode about a woman who was sleeping her sugardaddy’s daughter’s boyfriend accompanied by graphic discussions about their bedroom activities.
Later an episode came on dealing with ghetto couples DNA tests. I was forced to listen to Shaquan and his cousin Raashad talking about having intercourse at different times with the same girl (Barbeesha) they met on a chat line resulting in her pregnancy. They were on the show to identify the «baby daddy.»
No remote was available for customers to change the channel. No employee was in the lobby. They were instead gathered in the back parking lot or roadside chatting.
Another highlight featured an off duty employee stopping by to chat with the customers and then pulling out of the parking lot in his truck accompanied by peeling wheels out of the parking lot onto Williams Drive in a youthful burst of testosterone much to the delight and whoops of the employees.
Thank God I was only here for an inspection and not for any work done to my vehicle. I WON’T be back.

My car sent a message to change my oil. My Jiffy lube sticker said I had another 3000 miles before I needed a change. I stopped by the Jiffy Lube on Williams drive and they checked my last service information. Looks like a mistake was made on the type of oil used on my vehicle. Howard acknowledged the mistake and took care of changing my oil to what was agreed on. Great customer service and a no charge on the oil change. Nice to see a company do the right thing.

Worst customer service of any jiffy lube. The assistant manager was not helpful, the car was pulled forward and I was told it was ready to go and here’s the catch… The radiator cap was not put back on, the air filter box was not screwed back into place and they shut the hood of the car but it wouldn’t fully close because the radiator cap was blocking the patch so the cap was smashed. They only care about up selling needless services and apparently hate their jobs because they take zero pride in what they do.

These people did over $ 1000 worth of damage through incompetence and negligence last year. They refuse to right. Their wrong that the MANAGER admitted to. Never again will any of my vehicles be taken to this business.

I took my car too get an oil change, although the people were nice they for got to do 2 things that said «completed» on my receipt. My floors still had leaves from my windows being open cause it felt great out and my tires never got leved, 2 off them were obviously the same as before. They did take care of it and right as i came back but some things probably need to be done by myself!

It’s interesting that the reviews are so mixed for this JLube… i’ve utilized this Georgetown location for state inspections as well as regular oil changes, and have always enjoyed good customer service and expedient maintenance (unlike some other reviewers.) I think it really just depends on what time of day you (and everyone else!) get there.

I’ve never had customer service like this when it comes to car maintenance. Everyone here is extremely courteous and will make service recommendations but without being aggressive or pushy. I purposely get my oil changed during my work week so I can visit this Jiffy Lube.

Slow, and slower. Won’t be going back.

As a female, I usually dread going to get the car oil changed because there is always some jackass mechanic telling me that there is something wrong with my car (and in most cases there isn’t). So, I needed an oil change on my very expensive car and took a risk to take it here.
The guys were very professional and they didn’t try to sell me ridiculously expensive oil. They did a great check on the car and showed me my air filters, etc. I got to watch them work on it which made me feel more comfortable.
I even found out one man in there was a former military sergeant and he had that place in total command. No goofing off going on over there. Very cool and very happy to have him there as he gives that place a level of professionalism I wish more places would have.
The price was very reasonable too and I was in and out of there in about 40 minutes total.
Thanks for making me have faith again in a Jiffy lube!

I really put off doing oil changes and State Inspections, but thought I should get them done on my car since we are traveling for the holiday. I usually wouldn’t rate an auto service shop unless it were really awesome or really terrible! Jiffy Lube was neither. Don’t get me wrong they were great, but nothing that knocked my socks off. I am rating them, because I had a horrible experience at Sun Auto Service and came to Jiffy Lube instead. Comparatively they are awesome. I was greeted as I pulled up. I was offered refreshments when I walked in and not pressured into anything I didn’t want. Very quick, polite and knowledgeable.
