If you’ve got lots of free time, you’ll love this place. Be prepared to wait 5+ hours for an oil change on a random weekday. Good thing they have chairs!

I have to give these folks a five on customer service alone! They are attentive, courteous and honest about their scheduling. They got my car in when they said they would and when they identified a problem they showed it to me and discussed options. They were patient while I worked out some details. The waiting room was comfortable and bathroom was reasonably clean considering how busy they are. They have a television, newspapers and magazines available while you wait. Feel god about the work they did and price seemed to be average.

My husband took our car to Lambs this afternoon to have a nail removed. It was removed and patched and all the tires inspected. All this was at NO CHARGE! We will definitely be buying our next tires there.

Wow! I’m amazed — I came in asking for help with low air pressure in my tires 15 minutes before they were closing. They found a nail & said they would take care of it while I wait. They didn’t charge for air pressure or fixing the nail. Excellent customer service & we will be back here when it’s time to buy new tires. Thanks to the team at Lambs & the young men that worked on my car! These guys are true professionals!

hard to give an auto repair shop 5 * but they deserve it. got us in short notice on a Sat. and did a very fair and quality job in the same day as well as matched our price on a quote from a tire shop. Jason was great!

My family and I were visiting the Round Rock IKEA from Killeen, when all the sudden we were in need an emergency radiator repair. Based solely on Unilocal reviews, I selected Lamb’s Tire & Automotive. I called them around 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday and explained my situation. Although they were very busy, they told me to drive the car to their location, knowingly that they could not make promises to squeeze me in.
When we arrived, we were greeted immediately and were told to sit in the waiting area. Wow! What a waiting area! Free Keurig coffee and tea, plus TV and free donuts! (Thank you!)
Well, I am happy to say that after a few hours, the guys at Lamb’s managed to get our family back on the road. I highly recommend Lamb’s. 5-​star worth service and location.

The guy who helped me was very informative and had a good sense of humor. It took a little while, but it is a Saturday afternoon. You know it’s good if they are busy.

This shop seems ok. I took my car in for a 10-​minute job, told 45mins ~ 1 hour to finish. My car wasn’t taken in until 1 hour later I checked with the front desk. Could have explained to me and I would have taken my car to a different shop. They are informative and didn’t charge me extra to take a look at the brakes. The $ 110/​hr labor is kinda high. At this price why not take it to the dealership?

Wow! I went in with a slow leak in one of my tires. The tech went the extra mile and inspected all 4 tires. I was thankful to have someone so thorough take the time to make sure everything was ok and explain their findings to me. They even put on my spare tire at no charge until I can get my new wheel taken care of. I was very impressed by their customer service. Fast, friendly, and thorough.

If only I could give more than 5 stars!
Most people say «don’t go to those chain places». Normally I tend to agree, but, after speaking with the manager Mike, I headed on up there.
Nothing but top notch service! He must run the shop with the same awesome attitude he presented to his customers, because all the guys I encountered here were so friendly. (I even took 2 dozen RR donuts up there on a 2^nd trip!)
I had some repairs done to pass my inspection. I subsequently passed my inspection, and had an oil change done. Mike let me know there are some other items that need attention but did NOT haggle me into repairs. He told me what to look out for, and what steps I needed to take to not let the problem worsen. I was educated and felt like they truly want to provide excellent car care.
Complimentary tea/​cocoa/​coffee Keurig, but no snack vending machine. However, Dre, offered my son his cracker pack and breakfast bar when we found out there wasn’t a vending machine. How sweet is that!!? I’m tellin ya, nice guys.
I’ve recommended this location to 4 people now! Go see Mike! Tell him I sent ya.

This location is hands down the best customer service in town. Robert was the service tech who worked on my car and he came in and explained all that was needed or will be needed at my next visit. Mike the manager was there to answer any questions as well. Honest, helpful and knowledgable and I will be back.

We were on our way from Dallas to San Antonio, when our radiator cracked. We got some help from a local, and he recommended lambs, and wow! They were so helpful. If I am ever in a pinch again in this area, I will be back!

I took my car into Lamb’s this morning because my tire was losing air pressure. I did not have an appointment, but they got me right in. Turns out I had a little piece of metal in my tire. They removed it, fixed the tire and thanked me for coming in. They didn’t charge me a dime! Excellent customer service! I will definitely be back next time I need an automotive service. Thanks so much Lamb’s!

Never ever again. Swore last year I would never go back to this business and this morning tried again. I deserve what I got. Went in for simple oil change and came out with problems did not have before. Always happens at this store. Plus I asked for them for new air filters — there are two in my engine — they only replaced one. Tells me I have an oil leak — funny didn’t have one before I went in. Every time you can’t get out the door from this place without them finding $ 1,000 worth of «immediate» repairs you have to do right then. I dare someone to drive a brand new car to this place and I guarantee they will find $ 500 to $ 1,000 worth of repairs that need to be done. They get the one star because they gave me an in store coupon on the oil change.

Friday night 5:55pm, just finished dinner out and the battery was dead. Walked to Lamb’s (at closing time) and asked if they could help or if I should get a taxi and swing by in the morning. Don informed me that if they didn’t have my battery he would drive my wife and I home, if it came to needing to leave the car.
They had a couple batteries to offer, drove me back to the car, jumped it, returned to the service bay, got the battery replaced and never heard any complaints from the team about staying late on a Friday night to help us out.
Very pleasant and courteous group of people.
I will be getting tires and service from them.

Excellent quality and service — a buddy recommended Lambs in Georgetown to me. I was in there yesterday and Anthony Graves, Nick and all the service guys were excellent and very friendly. I bought 4 tires and an alignment and my truck is riding very smooth. I was impressed when Anthony recommended a cheaper tire to me with equal ride quality for my vehicle. Strongly recommend the guy at Lambs in Georgetown — I will recommend to my friends as well.

Guys were honest, good prices, and fast… Talk with Anthony and he’ll get you going. I have taken my truck and wifes’ car in with no problems. The guys are quick, provide a good service and are honest.

Called these guys from Wal-​Mart to compare prices at 4:30 on Saturday afternoon. They were competitive and offered a better tire PLUS with my past experience at Wal-​Mart automotive… I was happy not to buy from Wal-​Mart. I had already been to Discount Tires and they were more than I wanted to pay.
I showed up right away, they got me in and out in 45 minutes, were friendly and professional. They forgot to give me my mail-​in rebate certificate so I dropped by on Monday and Eric had filled the whole form out and put it in an addressed envelope for me!
I’ll be back!

I have been to a few differ net automotive repairs places, I don’t think I will visit another one! This Lambs strives to be a cut above the rest.
I have dealt with Michael the manager, Roy, Mike, all are super nice, helpful, friendly to me and my kids. And they always have me out the door asap. They are upfront about the estimate, they make sure I OK any work to be done so that I understand what will and will not be done and the amount I will have to pay. The technicians, salespeople, and the manager really seems to care that the car is fixed right, the first time. This is always a peace of mind as I load up and drive away.

It is SO HARD to find a decent automotive repair shop! I honestly do not understand why this field has become what it has, other than the standard greed that has taken over most of everything… but I digress.
Had a few small issues that needed dealing with and Mike took great care of me. Didn’t over charge or fabricate issues that didn’t exist. In fact, it was just the opposite — telling me I DIDN’T need to spend as much money as I had feared or expected.
Thanks for the honesty and actually caring about customer service and helping those who walk through the door!
Our household will be taking our vehicle to Lamb’s for everything from now on.
