We’ve been using A-​Star for several years now. First to fix our AC units and then twice a year to service them. They are prompt, professional, personable, and we’ve had nothing but excellent customer service from every single person at A Star! Highly recommend.

We have a saying in our house, «F@*&#ing Rusty». We have been on the receiving end of the WORST service and customer service blunders we have ever experienced. EVER. From haphazard work to live sewage — literally — pouring into our front yard from lack of oversight and shoddy workmanship we would have been better off hand tunneling under our house and linking together Crazy Straws with Scotch tape than have Rusty and his band of idiots touch another inch of our plumbing. Over a month of return visits and still the job is not completed properly. Please, please, please go find another plumber or perhaps a skilled chimpanzee to do your plumbing work.

Very pleased with the service, quick response, and action taken on our leaky A/​C unit! I was referred A-​Star from some other customers in the neighborhood that were just as pleased. A-​Star showed up 2 ½ hours after I called (I didn’t expect anyone to be available til next day, so this was a nice surprise!)
He identified the problem and worked quickly and efficiently to fix it. Price quote was highly competitive and they offered coupons which most other places did not.
I will definitely be using them in the future as my 15 year old A/​C unit wears and tears through the upcoming years. Thank you for your hard work!
