Kenny with blue ribbon came out and did exactly what he said at a great price. Very friendly and will use from now on.

Trey Tucker and the Blue Ribbon technician, Kenny did a great job assessing and inspecting the HVAC systems for a house a buyer client of mine was purchasing in Irving, Texas. Trey was responsive, polite, professional and the pricing was fair for the work that was done.
Kenny showed up on time to the house at 1218 Farnham Court W in Irving and was very thorough with his inspection. As Blue Ribbon promised, I received a detailed receipt and letter that verified the functionality of the HVAC system.
I would highly recommend Blue Ribbon to anyone in DFW that needs a good, professional, HVAC company. He’s in my contact list on my phone now and I plan to refer other real estate clients and friends to Blue Ribbon in the future. Thanks Trey!

I had a problem with my AC not cooling and making noises today. I called Trey and set an appointment for today, i.e. the same day. How great is that? I thought I would have to wait a day or two. He was on time and got our system all fixed up in a short amount of time. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received and would recommend it to anyone.

5 stars all around! Trey did a fantastic job, from the initial phone call through to the follow-​up appointment after installation, he was timely, respectful, and honest. His first question when I requested a quote for an AC replacement: «Can I come check out the system and see if it can be fixed first?» We had called many companies for quotes, and not one had offered to fix our system first. Trey is concerned about his customer’s happiness, his prices are extremely reasonable, and he is upfront about all costs involved. He was even nice to my cat, who followed him around the house during inspection.

At the risk of dating myself let me start by saying I have owned several homes over the past 30 years so naturally you end up dealing with a lot of different characters such as repair people and specifically a lot of HVAC copmanies. I had one of the most pleasant experiences recently with Blue Ribbon. It was one of those classic 104 degree days in Texas and naturally one of my AC uniits stopped cooling. My first surprise was when I called Blue Ribbon the next day I actually had someone pick up the phone.
Trey was very understanding even though all of his techs were slammed. He made the call to take the service call himself. He showed up when he said he would. He was extremely transparent with me and had me see and explained exactly what he was doing. I even learned more about HVAC in those 5 minutes myself in the process. Even before he opened the outside unit he made an experienced guess what the problem was and after putting his meter on the Capacitor he was exactly right. So even though he didn’t have the exact part on hand he drove accross town to get an exact match. Within 10 minutes after returning the problem was fixed. So what could have been a situation where I was taken to the cleaners because of ignorance on my part he resolved it in the lowest cost way. He even checked out both units and gave them a clean bill of health. Clearly my best HVAC experience in 30 years!
Inadvertently he educated me to where I am now a more savvy consumer but I’m not worried becuase as long as I’m in DFW I’ll be calling Blue Ribbon from now on.

Trey was fantastic and friendly! We used Blue Ribbon at our old house and kept his card when we moved. Thank goodness we did! He went out of his way to check our unit on a hot summer day when we called him last minute. He saved us!

He took the time to make sure we knew exactly what we were purchasing and all the costs involved. His crew was easy to work with and did an excellent job. 5 star experience. No one likes having to fix expensive appliances but nothing makes that worse than having uncertainty about the people you call to come fix them. When people are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable that piece of mind goes a long way. Trey was great on the phone and in person. He was timely, respectful, and more than happy to explain anything I had questions about. This is the type of service that helps take the headache out of home repair. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently needed an HVAC checkup for a rental property. My tenants were concerned about having high electric bills and suspected the unit. I spoke with Tre’ and he was very good at coordinating a time when the weather would cooperate long enough for him to do a thorough check of the unit. He kept in constant contact with me and was very patient. He made it out to check the unit and did a great job of trying the simple fixes first. He made me aware of the steps that we would take to get the issue resolved. Thanks a lot for your professionalism and promptness! I look forward to working with Blue Ribbon when it’s time for routine service and checkups in the future.

Customer service goes a long way and Trey is top notch in this area. Don’t call anyone else until you call Blue Ribbon first.

This company is fantastic! Just bought an older home, and couldn’t get the heat to come on– and below freezing temps were on the way! They were at the house within just a few hours, quickly diagnosed the problem and did everything politely and professionally. They are now my heating and air guys! Super service and super fast!

Originally called Blue Ribbon to help us find our a/​c filters. After moving into our home we searched and searched and finally had to call a pro! Blue Ribbon came out the same day we called. Very professional and helpful! I will be calling them back out in the Spring for a check up!

Considering it was a Monday morning at the end of July (i.e. busiest time of year for A/​C repair people), I thought I was going to be without A/​C for most of the week. I called Trey at Blue Ribbon and within 30 minutes of his arrival he had the problem diagnosed and solved.
We scheduled a time that was convenient for me and he was there on-​time. Once he arrived, he wanted me around to understand the steps that he was taking to solve the problem. Since I’m a detailed-​oriented person, I appreciated the transparency. With the process he used, I didn’t feel I was going to be taken for repairs I didn’t need.
As for price, the service call was about 30% less than my expectations.
I will definitely use Blue Ribbon again if the need arises…

I came home from a weekend away to find the AC not working. Called my usual guys (ones I have service contract with) several times and no one answered the phone (and voicemail box was full). I called a couple other place but they wanted $ 200 for a service call. I called Blue Ribbon and they came right out and told me the problem was that my filter was dirty (yes, i know i need to change them more frequently). Charged $ 50 for the service call (cheaper than the $ 80 my usual guys charge and a lot cheaper than the $ 200 others were quoting me) and no hard sell to buy a service contract from them. Glad i didnt spend $ 200 to change a filter.

I have two rental houses in Dallas and one of the houses was under contract and the inspection showed a possible issue with the HVAC. I called and spoke to Trey and he was so incredibly helpful. He offered to go out make an assessment, write a report and outline all of our options. He was more than willing to go out of his way to give excellent service. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for our rental houses in Dallas.

I called blue ribbon when my AC stopped blowing Cold air early one morning. All I needed was some Freon
And new filters and It was blowing cold again
The AC tech felt my frustration on the phone and he Was there on time and had it working in no time.

Great and speedy service. I’ve been having a lot of health problems and they found mold growing in my heating and cooling unit, and had it replaced it within 48 hours. Since then my ear, nose and throat problems have disappeared. Thank you!

Have asthma? Give this man a call. After checking our unit he showed us the condition of the system and it was obvious that it was causing the asthma attacks. He explained in plain language what was wrong, what he was going to fix, and did the work marvelously. Our home is cooler, healthier, and to my doctor’s surprise my asthma is less of a problem than it has ever been.
