Santa Fe Air Conditioning & Heating

A friend at work recommended SFHA and I also saw that they have an excellent rating in Unilocal,so I called them when our A/​C became inactive overnight.
I called at 8:30 and they were at my house at 10:30 — 11:00 the same day. You cannot beat that!
The repair was priced fair and they didn’t sell us anything we did not need.
The staff was very good to deal with both on the phone and in my home.
I will absolutely call them again for HVAC needs.

My air conditioner stopped working suddenly one evening – of course on one of the hottest days. I looked up Santa Fe Air the next morning and was pleased that I could request service online even before they opened. I quickly received a call back with the news that a technician could be at my house at 8am that morning.
Larry was prompt and courteous. He quickly found the problem, fixed it, and within a few minutes my house started to cool off.
Thanks so much for having a technician available on short notice with parts available as well.

I have seen these vans around the neighborhood and thought to myself they looked clean and were well maintained. I called for an AC maintenance appt and was surprised to get a time the next day as it was already so hot and figured they would be back logged. Dennis came out to the house and did a very thorough maintenance check on the inside and on the outside. He was polite and courteous and explained all that he did and why. I am very happy with his service and am hope to form a lasting and trusting relationship with this company. Based on my experience I would recommend this company.

Dennis arrived on time… was neat in appearance… easy to talk to… answered our questions… he diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem while he was at our home. He left the job site neat and clean.

Daniel called ahead to notify me he was enroute. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, fix it and then stayed to make sure everything was functioning properly. I was very impressed with the service he provided and I would highly recommend Santa Fe Heating and Cooling to anyone.

John did a great job — had us up and running in no time. Got service the same day we called and were glad they could make it as it was starting to heat up. He found the issue quickly and it was about the cheapest problem we could have. He even changed the filter and helped my renters understand how and how often to make sure to change the filter going forward.

I always request Dennis for my furnace and air conditioner maintenance check ups. He is a great guy. He is conscientious and thorough. He previously repaired a line leading from the condenser to the house and did an excellent job. He came today for the maintenance check up on my central air and thanks to his thorough inspection found a valve problem. He worked with Julie in the office to rearrange his day and he worked late to get the job done properly. The parts and labor were under warranty so there was no profit on this job. Yet I received special treatment. I absolutely recommend Santa Fe Air Conditioning and Dennis.

Gave us a detailed sheet of his findings along with options for preparing to replace my outdated system. Best part was I never felt pressured. Dan, I thought his name was Dave, was at the house within an hour after I called. He pointed out what was wrong with the furnace and offered options. We had a new furnace installed within six hours of my original call. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. We’ll use Sante Fe again, though hopefully not soon.

John came and he found out what the issue was. I actually had another company to take a look a month before John came, but compare to them, John was more professional and he checked around more deeply. John also consider financially for me so gives a lot of options. I’m very satisfied with this company. Lady on the call was also nice as well as install professionals.

Update 1÷13÷2016:
John was our tech the first two times (my furance continued to act as he was not able to find the root problem the first two times) but we got Dan the last time. Dan was by far one of the best tech I’ve worked with! He has twenty years of experience and really took his time to make sure that my furnance is working (and won’t break down anymore). Very professional and also pointed out something that was not up to code regarding my water heater just to give me a heads up.
Santa Fe was so great with their customer service as they made sure that when they finally undercovered the real issue, that I was not charged for it (as I had paid previously for another fix). I am extremely happy with their service and will definitely use them again. I would also recommend Dan as well for anyone who wants an honest, professional senior tech!
