Beebe Heating & Air Conditioning

We have used Beebe for over 10 years. They have always been honest, punctual and professional. We scheduled a maintenance call for June. Our a/​c went out two days before they were coming. I called Crystal early Monday morning before the appt Tues. She said she would change it to a repair/​maintenance call and let me know that afternoon if she could make it earlier. She never called back. I called Tuesday morning. They said my appt would be between 1−3pm. David showed up at 5:45pm. He was superbly nice and visibly exhausted from a long day. I asked him to fix the a/​c and told him we could reschedule the routine maintenance. The new appt was a week later from 10 – 12. When I had heard nothing at noon, I called Crystal. She was rude and unprofessional. she told me the technician was running really late. When I asked her why she had not called me, she told me she was very busy making calls. I told her we would just go with another company. She obviously did not care a bit. I asked who owned this company and she said Chris and that he was out of town. Not sure if this is new ownership or not. This is certainly not the business practice that we have enjoyed for over a decade. The entire situation could have easily been fixed if Crystal did not find herself «too busy».

A+ company, highly recommend for your needs. they have been my go to service company for over 15 years. having purchased a home being the 2^nd owner of only a 2 year old home, the equipment the contractor installed was just plane crap! Beebe kept me going and going over the years at a minimal cost, always honest, good, quality workmanship as well as professional techs clear to the office staff. Well, the time came to replace it all and I called my fav company, Beebe Heating and Air Conditioning. After speaking with their salesman, Paul, we made the decision for replacement which was completed yesterday and again, no disappointment, top notch techs working in my house all day with a complete replacement of furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater.
