MaiCay Sweets Macarons

Wow! I mean this is just perfection! What’s most exciting about MaiCay Sweets is the variety of flavors. Love the green tea the most! I also like how she has themes fit for any occasion. I can’t wait to see what she comes up with for the month of February ().
Today, I had the raspberry flavor macaroon. This takes first place right now. then green tea. Just melts in your mouth Whatever the secret ingredient is, keep using it. I also love the glitter detail!

I had an order made a few months ago for a baby shower and they were a big hit ! This lady is super sweet and she was able to make a last minute order for me. She asked me what colors I was gonna use for the baby shower and that flavors I wanted. They were fresh and delicious. Definitely doing business again

We ordered 100 macaroons from Cindy for our baby’s first birthday which was Care Bear themed. She was kind enough to decorate some of them for us to make it super special. From the beginning, she was very responsive during our correspondences and kept us updated on what she was doing with our order. My only regret was not buying more since our guests loved and gobbled them up so quickly! Can’t wait to order more next time we have an event. Thank you Cindy for your yummy art and talent!

The green tea and Oreo macaroons are soooo good. The designs are very cute and colorful and they would make really nice gifts as well. I’d recommend the green tea ones the most but I’ve liked all the flavors I’ve tried.

Some of the best macaroons I’ve ever eaten. We had a few macarons at a teacher inservice I recently attended. I had the salted caramel macaron, it was fresh, very tasty with the perfect amount of softness and crispness. Highly recommend these macarons for your next event!

I found Cindy on Unilocal.I emailed her for a quote and received an immediate response. I was throwing a birthday party for my daughter and wanted the macarons for our sweet table. I told Cindy about the color scheme and she provided recommendations on flavors. Cindy was super helpful and very friendly. Macarons looked and tasted great. Definitely a hit at the party. Needless to say I will for sure be ordering from Cindy again!

Soooooo good, my favs are salted caramel and green tea, and cofee :) the design are so unique and very eye appealing, its too cute to eat. I have requested my husband to get these for me for Vday :) if i can eat these everyday i would definitely!!!

At just the first bite you can tell these macarons are special– each piece is made with passion and dedication. It puts a smile on your face knowing it’s made like this.
Cindy is very creative, I love how she incorporates the holiday/​occasion/​theme. I’ve never had a heart-​shaped macaron before!
My mom just tried 1 and can’t wait to order at least 1 dozen! She said she likes how the texture is just right– not too soft where it crumbles nor too hard (like the store bought ones).
My all-​time favorite is coffee but I definitely love them all. Can’t wait to see if ube/​taro or banana pudding flavors will be available sometime in the near future!
I just wish I lived closer to her or a location where I can pick them up everyday!

I bought a dozen for my kids. It was great taste and way better than market and Vietnamese bakery too. I am a dude but I can tell and this is good stuff :-)

Handcrafted macarons! Cindy did an absolute amazing job with my order for a bridal shower. I ordered 3 dozen pink and cream macarons and they were delicious and color coordinated how I wanted them. Cindy is very flexible and easy to work with, which I greatly appreciated (had my order completed about 1 week before my event). Her prices are very reasonable and much more affordable than store macarons.

Cindy is wonderful to work with. Being a former bride to be, you become a little anal about even the smallest details of your wedding. Cindy eased my worries. Every request she listens and was able to surpass my expectations. She was on point with my theme colors and flavors. She is a perfectionist herself so she does not deliver a product unless it is what you want. She made over 400 macarons for my wedding favors by the exact date she said she would deliver. Seriously the best macarons I’ve ever had! I wanted macarons as a wedding favor, and having tried Cindy’s macarons before, I knew I wanted her to provide them. I was having 320 guests at my wedding, so I asked even though I knew it would be a daunting task.
She was incredibly sweet and reassured me that she would have them done. She asked me what my wedding colors were, and she made so many batches to ensure that I had the perfect colors. She worked so hard to finish those macarons, and I can’t imagine how many hours she had to put into this project. She even individually wrapped each macaron, and they looked so gorgeous.
My guests raved about how delicious the macarons were, and still to this day (1 year later), I am still getting compliments! Cindy was so easy to work with, so patient and made sure that the macarons came out exactly the way I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The best macaroons I’ve tasted! The taste is rich and I like how she made cute patterns and swirls on the macaroons! I ordered a small batch from her last year. She finished the work in a timely manner. She even gave me a free one to try! Such a lovely lady not to mention she’s also a HS teacher! She has that teacher charisma. Macarons at its finest! Cindi was able to whip up the requested flavors with no problem. Her quick, prompt & friendly response was very appreciated. My favorite flavor of hers has to be the Pistachio/​Green Tea. Not too sweet and the constancy of the macaron was perfect. I ordered for a baby shower and she was able to create the exact color scheme we wanted, MaiCay Sweets Macarons totally dressed up our dessert bar. All the guest loved it! Can’t wait to order more.
