i wrote a review a year ago, and since then, corina the manager has done what she could to address the problems with signs. The manager on site is excellent. I hope that during the summer, the rules are enforced so that we as owners feel safe to swim in the pool area, where there are tons of guests that are there. Thanks Corina.

My Husband and I have lived at Chapman Commons since the community was built in 2007. We love the community and the amenities. The complex is always well kept and they are always having community events through the year where you can come and meet your neighbors. It is a perfect place to purchase/rent because of the location. Chapman is located near lots of entertainment, great restaurants and Disneyland. We love it!

During spring break my 25+ older cousins and I came over to take my little cousins swimming. When I got into the pool area, Corina Stevens, the manager walked up to me and asked if I was a resident. I told her my aunt is an owner of one of the condo. Before letting me finish, she walked away and somehow changed the lock to the pool key so I was no longer able to go into the gym or the pool. When my older cousin and I asked her why she did such a thing, when we did nothing wrong, she told us that only tenants are allowed to use the key. We were classy about this and asked for her name and number so my aunt could contact her. Except, when my aunt contacted her, she told a totally different story. She blamed us for being too young and not having an adult around. While we were adults. If we look young then ask to see our ID, or tell us that we need an adult around. Don’t go telling another story so you would seem like you are doing your job. And plus, on the poster board at the pool, it says that you need to be at least 14 years old or older. If we’re not 18 or older, how would any of us be able to drive ourselves to the pool. Or even be allowed to go to the pool without any adult supervision.

As a resident of Chapman Commons, I just wanted to commend Corina Stevens — the Community Association Manager. She is very attentive to the needs of the homeowners and does a great job making sure the place is running smoothly.

Lived here for 3 years. The complex is kept in great shape by a team of 3 full time janitors. Everything is cleaned and maintained very well. Some times people can get noisy but if you talk to them or call security it will be taken care of. Overall its great.

Lived here for 4 months… Our condo was nice clean roomy for a family of two & a toddler. Amenities were convenient pool, gym, club house, little park next door & target :-). During the summer I would take my son to the pool but stopped all together it got too crowded sure your allowed to bring guest 2 – 3 max these people were bring 6 – 10 people at a time, drinking in the pool rough housing when my child is near by & these were grown men! Sessshhh! No wonder they were single! Then the lax of pool cleaning started, a whole month went by w/o the pool bring cleaned gross! A lot of younger families started moving in & it got a lot more louder and the smell of drugs was around the complex so I figured we were better suited elsewhere.
