Crofton Bootcamp and Personal Training

I love the mix of class structure and exercises offered at Crofton Bootcamp. I had always struggled to incorporate strength training into my workout and have learned so many weight training exercises while attending the classes. The classes are challenging, but fun. Kim offers more than just workout classes, she has incorporated nutritional classes and weight loss challenges to help her members meet their goals. The workouts and nutritional accountability has helped me to get back on track. I was always reluctant to try workout classes, but I found the class for me and have made some great friends in the process.

Whether your a beginner just starting out– or an advanced work out guru-​, Crofton Bootcamp is an excellent choice! I am an avid exerciser and have tried so many different classes– Zumba, power yoga, spinning, Body Fit, you name it I’ve tried it! And while they all can be fun, Kim’s classes at Crofton Bootcamp have quickly become my all time favorite workout! I started working out with her just over a month ago, and have been almost very day since my first workout! But even just one time a week is sure to kick start your next exercise kick. Kim’s classes are well thought out and fun, so you end up hitting all the important muscle groups while also getting your heart rate up and that cardio in. She brings so much energy to her studio, you can’t help but feel it all through class and even after you leave! I highly recommend you call Kim to try it out today!
